Xan shin, I am one of the managers of the Little Greek Taverna, the Yia Yia Domnas Cheese Bread is a menu item and recipie in which our beloved grandmother, and mother of the master cook in the kitchen, taught and fed us for many of her living years.
Recently our grandmother passed away and this menu item, which is very popular, is in her memory!
The question here is not if you looked out the back and saw our grandmother or not, but if indeed you enjoyed the dish or not.

Continuing To Deliver As Best We Can. Management of the Little Greek Taverna would like to thank those recent reviews and feedback provided by the patronage that have dined with us.
Consistency is the key and we have received and continue to receive great feedback about the consistency, price comeptitiveness for quality that we provide at our establishment.
From time to time there have been comments made about the unavailability of menu items at the Little Greek.
Reviews have been performed and we continue to strive to deliver the quantities for the quality at the prices we find to be affordable for all ranges of patronage that dine with us.
Our specials which are quantitively cooked, fresh, daily with produce direct from our local market supply cannot be compremised in our limited kitchen space, we prefer to deliver these menu items (as seen on our blackboard and in the Kouzina section) fresh. Not only is this the case, but they are also cycled so variety is key on varying days as to what is cooked. To you our patrons, delivering $12 specials (or Kouzina items) that vary from day to day and are made from produce purchased fresh is what we strive to bring to you all, Not over stocked quantities of produce that are snap frozen, thawed and defrosted for the convenience of availability, so for this I would like to express to our diners that our specials and kouzina menu items are cycled and subject to availability. All other items that are regular menu items are available subject to season and supplier availability.
Having said this we are always striving to deliver a better service to Brisbane, as everyone knows, in life we can always get better and stronger and wiser.
