Had an amazing meal here last night, huge praise for the staff - they were so helpful sorting food for my little boy (who can't eat solids) and blended down the most delicious moussaka I've ever tasted for him. It was the first night of our holiday and it made it so special. Our food was absolutely spot on too, so tasty. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough, thank you again!

Walk over from the cbd at lunch and walk in. Friendly and caring people using old family recipes at times. The service food price efficiency mix is excellent not one element is excellent but the combination is. Eat the cheese dishes the lamb etc. this is one of a very small number of restaurants where I just enjoy a different dish every time without ever being disappointed.

Food quality was really good. The only problem with the pita bread for the dip was that I wish there was more of it because it was so good. The sausage entree was surprisingly really flavourful for the appearance. The mains were really good as well. Only down side to this place in my opinion is that the portions are medium/small sized. Bigger eaters like myself would leave a little bit hungry
I have been here lots of times and the food is always consistently delicious. Very good size portions and affordable pricing. Byo is a great bonus too. Highly recommend and will be back!
Went there for lunch on the weekend. Our group ordered two vegetarian platters , some chicken and some lamb dishes. Food was delicious except chicken which was rather plain. Lamb melted in the mouth. Highlight was the pita bread - warm and freshly made - yum. Serving sizes were on the small size, not generous in the least. The other disappointing aspect was that our crisp mushrooms and zucchini was served well after after we’d finished all other dishes. It would have been at least 15 minutes wait. We believed that they had forgotten this menu item until we pointed it out! Serves was exemplary- welcoming and accomodating.
Menu choices are excellent and the food was delicious. A little bit noisy sitting inside but plenty of tables outside. Would definitely go here again
Amazing experience here. The staff were amazing and attentive. The food was next level and enjoyed everything I had. Got some dips n pita to start, a grilled veggie pita and baklava to finish. All amazing. Would definitely eat here again !!

Brilliant and a gem of a Greek restaurant run as a family business. This place stacks up as a leader in Greek cuisine and holds its own against any Greek restaurant in Melbourne - known for its huge Greek heritage population. It does this and yet you can walk away with a bill that would on average be say a half of what you would pay in Richmond and surrounding suburbs, Melbourne at some of the fancier places.
Not only does it offer the ever popular and expected chicken/lamb skewers and dips (so flavorsome!) it takes its offerings to another dimension by combining traditional home cooked dishes into its menu.
I had a slow cooked lamb shoulder dish with risoni (from the specials menu) and a side salad. The flavours were incredible and transported you into a Mediterranean mindset as if you were abroad in a Greek friend's mother's kitchen.
Authentic, superb, what a shame I live in Melbourne and only here one more night.
Approx $50 and worth every cent and more (lamb shoulder, trio of dips with 3 bread serves, 1 side salad) - 2 people.
Highly, highly recommended.
A Gem.
If you want authentic Greek food you must go here! My favourite dishes is the garlic prawns with lemon potatoes , baby octopus and the lamb souvla. The tarama dip is amazing with the pita as a starter with the stuffed mushrooms. I couldn’t fault anything! We had nick and the service he provided was amazing. We will all be back and will be recommending to friends
Great meal, wonderful ambience and music, would be a 5 star if not for the peaky flies. Had the lamb skewers with a Greek salad. The watress was very considerate
Been wanting to try this place for a while after reading all the good reviews on multiple sites. I loved how they have daily specials felt like home cooked meals which is rare to find these days. Every item we ordered was absolutely delicious. We had 3 mains Moussaka, Beeftaki and Souvla and finished of with some lovely desserts (Kataifi) was really good.
Wonderful food, we were a group of 10 people and pretty much every one loved their meals!
It was a busy Friday night but staff were still friendly and helpful.
Limited a choice of drinks, still enough on the menu to choose from.

Went there twice. I loved the food and the service. Everything tastes fresh and delicious but my favourite was the Greek salad! I'll be going back for sure. Just be mindful that you might need a reservation as the restaurant is busy and small. Also the service might be slow as waiters seem not to be enough when it get busy. Although they still lovely. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, delicious food 🤤 and great ambiance. The staff is attentive, polite and knowledgeable. We also tried their galaktoboureko with a scoop of icecream and i was in heaven right after first bite 😍 will come again if ever visited Brisbane.

Little Greek Taverna is a great place to take friends and family for a delicious meal. The prices are great for its location and the quality of the food is superb! The lamb souvla was cooked perfectly, fork tender, and full of flavour. The Greek salad was delicious, and I wanted more of it! The staff were friendly, quick and accurate with any requests my group had and with our orders. I will definitely be returning here more!
We made booking for Saturday night at this authentic Greek cuisine. And we are glad we did it, as it was full despite raining. Service was friendly, helpful and accomodating. Food was yummy. They were using freesh of ingredients for foods. We were so sorry not to try chargrilled octopus. They run out of it just before they have taken orders from us. Pitty, it was just 6.15 pm.
We have ordered meat platter for two. First bread with your choice of dips, then flollowed by baked cheese amd fresh Greek salad.
Meat on sticks was delicious.
And all of food was at an affordable price.
If you are not in Greek drinks you can BYO. Corcage charge was $4.00 per person.
Great place, highly recommending.
Ordered char grilled salmon, chips and salad delivered. Really impressed with the way it was packaged and the food absolutely phenomenal!
