Detour Restaurant - Brisbane - Photo album

Great experience and unique menu. The banquet option is the way to go and received amazingly presented dishes which can sound unusual from reading the menu but taste surprisingly good. The lamb and brisket were the standout. Service was also good, helpful in explaining what all the options are.
The food of the Gods. A very unique dining experience Highly recommend it to anyone. I mean just check the photos! Amazing balanced tastes and full of flavours My favourite dish was definitely the salmon with the ants The second place goes to Emu tartare with Burnt shallot that I can eat for a month
The food is perfection. Flavours are balanced and we kept wanting more with every bite. We love every dish that came out and the service was wonderful too. They were quick, efficient and attentive to us. Will definitely be back again.
