We booked for the Seafood Buffet on a Friday night.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who showed us to our table setting. We were a little close to our neighbours which was a tad awkward but thankfully the only bad point of the night.
The food was lovely and fresh with a great selection.
An amazing breakfast we had today at Sofitel Brisbane it was superb. Made even better by our Accor card 50% off Thankyou to the great staff
We were obviously staying in the hotel and thought we'd go out for dinner while staying for the week in Brisbane but with a restaurant this good why go anywhere else.
Great food, absolutely lovely staff who seriously go out their way to make your time there the best.

We have visited Suzette for two dinners and two breakfasts about a week apart. Every time we have eaten there, the food has been delicious and the service is incredible. The Staff have been warm, welcoming and make going to Suzette that much more memorable. Thank you!
Suzette was one the most expensive buffet restaurants I have visited, the variety of seafood was poor no bugs, crabs etc. A soggy seafood salad. A limited variety of cold meats and the salads were plain, no better than a salad kit from coles. The Stamford is better value for money, the food needs

Name Change from Thyme to Suzzette? Guess there was a good reason but the ambience and food presentaion and quality are still great.
Seafood was as expected fresh & flavoursome as usual.
