Tonight, we came for a Xmas catch up with family and we had a corner room almost to ourselves. There were 13 adults and 9 kids, it was 3 tables.
It was nice having like a dinner room just with the fam.
The assortment was good, more seafood and it was topped up regularly. The hot food items were lacking a little, not much variety. Staff were friendly and we were attended to regularly..
In saying so, we enjoyed the night out, food was good. Nice to catch up with the whole family with no cleaning up.

Phuong Tran and I are here for a Buffet Dinner with friends and arriving at 6.30pm we are promptly shown to our table. We walk around the separate buffet stations, cold seafood, cold meats & salads, hot dishes & vegetables and desserts. Presentation wise, it all looks appetisingly perfect!
* Oysters are very fresh and I have 50! The Prawns are 80% fresh which is regarded as good for a buffet and I have 15 of these medium King Prawns.
*Cold Meats are plentiful and are complemented with Cold Salads and Sushi Rolls. It all tastes so fresh and I enjoy the 8 items on my plate.
* Hot Meat Dishes are Baked Fish, Lamb Makhani and Chicken Tikka with Roasted and Steamed Vegetables. The Fish was ordinary but the Lamb was tender, rich and flavoursome. Vegetables were all perfectly done. A tad disappointing not having at least one roast meat!
* Dessert offerings were the highlight of our meal. I did not try the Chocolate Fountain but I did have 3 Cakes, 2 Pastries and a Crème Caramel. Phuong Tran had 2 fruit Panna Cottas. We love the desserts!
Overall a very enjoyable Buffet Dinner at this beautiful restaurant with thefork’s 30% discount. Service is friendly and helpful and we will return in a few months to update this review. Thank you Thyme2!
We had the buffet breakfast two days in a row. Great service with the lactose free hot chocolate. Variety in the dishes. The omelets look good but didn’t try. Liked the fresh fruit & salad juice bar. Cold meats and fish were healthy options rather than fried foods. Scrambled eggs looks positive for cream so had a small helping. Gluten free options were readily available and tasty. Warm pastries also abounded. Would come back with the family.
Went here midweek for the seafood buffet. There wasn't much variety in seafood, prawns, mussels and oysters. We had gone to prive 249 a couple of weeks before for dinner and walked past the buffet and noticed crabs and bugs and fish, which prompted us to try it out for dinner. It was ok, probably needed more variety midweek.

Buffe was good as usual, not much to chose from, but what they had was pretty good. The deserts are 70% just chocolate based, so after the second bite u cant take anymore, but the options without chocolate are great!!
I'd been here a few years ago for the weekend sparkling buffet breakfast with the girls, and decided to go again with a half price deal on Dimmi.
It wasn't as brilliant as I remembered, but fantastic for half price. For full price I would not have been impressed.
Eggs benny are a staple brekkie favourite for me, but I avoided these because they looked sad and old. The made-to-order omelette, however, was delicious and huge.
The pastries were nice and there was a nice selection of fruit. I enjoyed a berry smoothie and a fruit juice company lemonade.
Included is barista made coffee which definitely adds to the value of coming here.
Didn't have room for waffles or pancakes but they looked good.
At half price, it's a 5 rating, but paying full I would give 3.5.
Service was great and staff friendly. Lovely atmosphere with view overlooking the city.
Went for Seafood buffet dinner which only cost $34 pp due to 50% off dining via Dimmi!! Very worth the price with the oysters, prawns, mussels, cooked meats as well as an extensive range of delicious desserts!
Have been here a few times. Just for dinner and to celebrate special occasions. I always book online using the accor website and it asks you if it is for an occasion which is nice. They will try give you the nice seats with the lovely view. I think that's super nice they go that little bit extra to make it feel more special.
I have always found the buffet here to be quite enjoyable. Nice range and every meal option seems to taste great. The morning breakfast is great too. Have always been pleased with the products here although its a bit expensive and if the street parking is not available that can be costly too.

Back when I was growing up, the Sheraton (later becoming Sofitel) buffet used to be my family special treat place for extra special occasions. The range & spread were always impressive, seafood fresh, and my fav was their bread selection (odd I know, but they were great bread). Fast forward 13 years, the prices had gone up heaps, almost $100 pp for food only. Lucky my friend had a 2 for 1 discount. The seafood spread is still impressive, oysters, bugs, crabs, prawns, mussels. A good range of cold salad, & hot food. The standout of the hot was the duck Maryland in orange sauce. I found the bread & dessert bars a bit disappointing, not for the lack of choice, but nothing particular stood out nor taste smashing. Overall, for half price it was still good value, but if you were paying full price, unless you rate quantity over quality, then there's probably better meal for $100 out there.
Last came here 3 years ago. Enjoyed the fresh seafood and the great variety of desserts. However the hot food selection didn't stand out. I only tried a bit and was not wowed by it. The seafood and dessert were good enough though!
We booked for the Seafood Buffet on a Friday night.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who showed us to our table setting. We were a little close to our neighbours which was a tad awkward but thankfully the only bad point of the night.
The food was lovely and fresh with a great selection. The seafood was so great, Bugs, prawns, mussels and oysters.
Staff were friendly and overall the whole experience was positive.
Quite expensive, so I did expect good food and I'm pleased to say it was terrific and we will be back.

We were obviously staying in the hotel and thought we'd go out for dinner while staying for the week in Brisbane but with a restaurant this good why go anywhere else.
Great food, absolutely lovely staff who seriously go out their way to make your time there the best.

We have visited Suzette for two dinners and two breakfasts about a week apart. Every time we have eaten there, the food has been delicious and the service is incredible. The Staff have been warm, welcoming and make going to Suzette that much more memorable. Thank you!
Friday Night Seafood Buffet our first since Covid 19 changed our habits.
Name Change from Thyme to Suzzette? Guess there was a good reason but the ambience and food presentaion and quality are still great.
Seafood was as expected fresh & flavoursome as usual.
If i had one small not so good comment it would be no crab was presented at all which seems strange for a queensland Seafood Buffet.
This remains our favourite seafood reastaurant with a great buffet option.
