We had the lamb and chicken wraps and the little one had a beef burger. We all loved our meals very fresh and tasty, and the little one can't wait to go back.
Awesome burgers and shakes! Visited my son and he insisted we have lunch here.
I had the very crispy on the edges and juicy in the middle Southern Chicken burgers, very nice specially with the red sauce ( don’t know what its called sauce). Boys had the Wagyu Big Cheese, had a bite and it was very nice. I passed on the milkshake but boys said it was awesome.
A great burger spot. We like to pop in before catching a movie at Palace. Yummy french fries and a good range of food options. Look out for the monthly special burger. The ribs are great too.
Busy little place that was buzzing on Saturday. Naked burgers are great. Sweet potato fries also good. Service was friendly and attentive, despite the crowd. Would return.
Really enjoyed a recent trip here to the Fortitude Valley branch. Straight away from walking into the venue there was a good atmosphere, and even though it was quite busy the staff were really attentive, and looked like they were having a good time. This makes a world of difference.
I got the Wagyu Cheese Burger which was delicious and cooked really well, and there wasn't too much grease coming off the bun onto my tray. I had a massive portion of fries and a Kombucha to go this, and i was absolutely stuffed by the end of it! It pains me to say that i left a couple of fries, because i couldn't eat anymore, so the value for money is great!
There were different demographics in there at the time, from young professionals, to families, so it seems that everyone is currently digging the Ribs and Burgers Vibe! And rightfully so!
Wow just wow I love this places meals! Been here a few times but the last time I went was soo good!
Me and my partner both got a ribs and chips each I also ordered a salad but it was big enough to share so that was a plus! He got a slider which I had a few bites of and that was lovely too!
Ribs were tender and cut into very easily! The basting was super tasty too, All round super super wonderful!
The chips that accompanied the meal were crunchy and great the table sauce for them was good too!
The salad was pretty good it’s always good to get some salad for a fresh taste to cut the grease with I probably would have preferred a Greek salad maybe? I see they have that on the online menu but I missed it in store.
The slider was really tasty too!! Everything was 😂
I can’t wait till I go back!! It’s been on my mind since haha.

It’s Friday, the weekend is in sight and a hard week at work means it’s time to break off the ball and chain for a burger, a few beers and a bit of banter with the boys. I had heard mixed reviews about Ribs and Burgers previously so I hadn’t eaten there previously but I have to say my experience was awesome! First of all, the service was excellent. It’s not often you walk in to a venue and immediately notice how much everyone seems to be enjoying their jobs. The wait staff were all enthusiastic and smiling. The young lady who took our order was cheerful yet efficient. The kitchen staff were in good spirits cracking jokes with my friends as they ordered. 10/10 for service!
Now onto the food.. I ordered the bacon and cheese from their new Wagyu range. It was cooked medium rare and had the taste and texture of a hand made patty. Delicious. The burger itself was tasty and well seasoned. I particularly liked the relish and how well the burger held together. The side of fries that accompanied was enormous! Think one between 2. Again, well seasoned and I love love love the fact they have chipotle mayo and smoky bbq sauce on every table. The wash it all down, a milo thickshake which really added that retro flavor was sweet and indulgent. Really great place to bring colleagues for a quick lunch or catch up with friends as the vibe here is perfect! Well done guys! Great service is always a big winner for me 👍
Have long been curious about the quite popular Ribs and Burgers/Ribs and Rumps stores, so when we decided it was a good time to go out for a family dinner, and everyone was open to suggestion, I offered it up in lieu of the usual traditional Cantonese fare. Being situated along James Street, parking was no easy feat and was only achieved after considerable efforts were spent.
Delicious food here always!! Chips ( both fries and sweet potato ) are amazing. I asked about vinegar and they were happy to help in any way, really friendly service. Delicious thickshake with a really good consistency, but the chicken portion was a little small. Definitely coming back to try more.
One of my favourite greasy burger spots in bris. As with most places around town, overpriced chips and drinks stop me from rating this place any higher. Just sell me a cheaper can instead of the overpriced glass bottles already.
