I’ve only had the sushi at Sunny Doll but it was delicious and fresh and service was fast and efficient. The fresh salmon sushi had nice generously thick slices of salmon. The crispy vegetable sushi was the tastiest of them all and didn’t need much soy sauce at all. I hope to come back and try some other menu items soon.
Delicious, freshly prepared and fairly priced food with consistently excellent, genuinely friendly service. Hard to beat for a casual dining experience..
Great food, great service, a little secret tucked away. I would love to publish photos but we ate everything as it came out. I can only see this place becoming to popular.

I’m back again. Must be the 10th time now.
Secret note..... if you love a cold beer from the tap ask Cindy, as she hides some schooners in the freezer, and there icy cold. This goes amazingly with the lotus chips “pre entree” as you settle in to have your taste buds tangle them selves around a great selection of choices.
I left wondering what I had missed. Only to come back and try something different.
A small business that’s not only worth giving a try, but a great introduction to what hospitality is missing in so many restaurants these days.

Lovely fresh sushi made to order! Outstanding flavour combinations. The fusion rolls were my favourite. Seriously can't wait to come dine here again!!
Ordered katsu udon and karaage ramen. Food was delicious and tasted so fresh! The chicken was crispy, and the hot soups were perfect for a cold winter night. Excellent service and beautiful modern decor with touches of both Japanese pop and traditional art. Would be very happy to return. I originally rated 5 star but decided 4.5 because the menu is great but also quite standard. Didn't have many vegetarian options, although I didn't ask if dishes could be modified to accommodate. Basically, if you want yummy Japanese food, this place will treat you very well!
Super yum sushi! The best in the area! Great flavours, I would recommend that every local needs to try this joint. You will be blown away!!!

Had dinner at Sunny Doll tonight. The menu is varied with lots of options. The service was great and very attentive. The food itself was fresh with lovely flavours and presented wonderfully, I especially enjoyed the dragon roll and gyoza! The decor is funky and clean. I really enjoyed dining here and would recommend it!
