Love the wings they offer and a range of different wing sauces to go with it. Awesome beers on tap, some of which I have not found anywhere else!
One of the best bar in South Bank. Located at the opposite of the cinema, Tippler's Tap has a unique outside seating area that is shaped like a house.
They offer various beers on taps, as well as gin & tonic. Ordered the tasting plate for drinks, which consisted of 5 beers of your choice. The pricing was rather cheap, especially during Sunday happy hours. For the food, ordered the deep fried crumbed calamari, mushroom, and chicken wing. All of these tasted really great, not too salty, not too greasy, and paired up with amazing sauces.
Would definitely come back here when I'm around the area.
eaten here a couple of times, drunk here more than a couple :P it's a nice little place where the staff are generally friendly, and the beer selection decent. unfortunately there's not too much in the way of ciders, but alas, we can't have everything, i haven't tried the food in a while so it might be unfair to leave a food review as things might have changed, the food was just "ok" the last time i decided to eat there, a bit overpriced for what it was (sliders, wings and crumbed mushrooms) which tasted fine after a few drinks but nothing to write home about, but to be fair i'll have to go back and see what they've got in the way of food now, as the last few times i've just been drinking.
Excellent service. We walked in and straight away the staff member greeted us and started talking to us about his beer selections on tap. We gave us samples to try before we actually bought. He had excellent knowledge of his beers. Loved the vibe. Cute bar on the main street to many restaurants. Will definitely be back to try the other beers on tap.
I love beer and I love tipplers. This place always has a good variety of craft beers and keeps up to date with the latest craft beers and makes sure they are on tap for everyone to drink.
Good vibe, staff are always friendly. If you want to try a craft beer or 10 this is the spot!
Great burgers and hot dogs, the onion rings are very well made also! I ordered the Southside Baby burger which came with two beef patties, cheese, pickles and mustard. The meat was cooked medium well done so of you don't like red in your beef make sure you ask to have your patties cooked well done. My partner ordered the Francheezie Dog and the combination of the bacon, relish, cheese and cucumber worked well. It also comes with a pickled chilli if you are game enough to try your resilience to heat! Make sure you order a side or basket of onion rings! Best onion rings I've had in town!
Great staff. Super friendly and attentive. Got the wings and onion rings and a drink. Very good value for what you get and the location. Delicious blue cheese sauce! Only sad part: they only do dry drub wings and not buffalo, it would be swell if they did both!
Saw good reviews and decided to give them a try. Amazing customer service and great food - big portions too! The food took a while to come out but to be fair we did come during peak hour. Highly recommend!

Friendly service. Ordered the Chicago dog, chilli dog, fried pickles and chili fries. All was delicious and plenty for two. Loved the fried pickle. The pale ale had a fruity flavor which i enjoyed.
Would definitely recommend.

We saw that the fried chicken wings of this restaurant had a good rating so went to this restaurant mainly for the fried chicken wings but their chicken wings was not impress me maybe because we prefer Asian chicken wings korean Japanese style, however, the chicken wings are not like Asian style, so we are not used to eating them, but the fried mushrooms are delicious. The sandwiches are also delicious. Pack a fried mushroom or a sandwich and go to the park to eat and watch the river view must be very nice. The waitress is very friendly and enthusiastic, and the environment of the restaurant is also unique.We will most likely visit again on our next visit to Southbank Park

(Minor point - the blue cheese sauce could be stronger, but that's just my opinion.)
I find my favourite fried chicken wings here, you definitely need to have a try especially if you don’t like oily chicken wings like me(it is not battered). For wings here, I can eat a lot at one time.
It is also famous for its beers, people there is very nice to introduce their beers for you based on your preferences. Very nice place to chill out with your friends. There are even three “cottages” for private conversion as well. Love it!
I love tippler's tippity tap tap also such a cute name also the burgers here might be my favorite thus far in Brisbane but also I haven't had that many burgers in my lifetime but there is something just fantastic about this place. Service is super fast and the drinks selection is fantastic. I like it.
Gosh, everything about Tippler's Tap is great. The service was friendly, food was so good, and the beers were fabulous. We sat in one of the little booths, which was super comfortable, and had really good noise reduction.
Tippler's Tap is an exceptional dining experience. Their great range of fast and delicious food is an experience to remember, well cooked and well presented, and very reasonably priced.
They also have a fantastic range of boutique beers and ales, to tempt your tastebuds. I highly recommend Tippler's Tap in Southbank for a great feed and a quiet drink.
