Loved our breakfast here. The corn fritters were crispy & delicious topped with an egg (ordered mine fried) Looked pretty on the plate adorned with micro flowers. Genovese coffee was rich & smooth with ample strength
I really like this relatively new addition to the Paddington food scene. Coffee spot on. Food not you standard fare on most menus. The food has the family’s Eastern European influence to it and very tasty . Can’t wait to get back
Located where the Paddington Deli used to be is a beautiful family run cafe. I ordered the Vegetable Fritter Stack, nothing I could fault about this breakfast. Coffee was good too! Definitely a must visit in the Paddington area!
STEFANI’S!!!! An actual babe of a cafe!!! Friendliest waitress and owner, coolest vibe, yummiest food but even yummier coffee. Definitely recommend to any target audience!!!!
We love stefanies, the food is yummy and the staff are lovely. Big & dynamic menu.
Open early every day of the week too.
Gooood stuuuufffff :---)
Paddington has been referred to as the breakfast capital, so getting business is a tough ask. I wasn't even aware that Paddington Deli had become Stefani's in June.
I have only been once (today) and the food was great. Corn fritters as a special should be on the main menu. Usually I order corn fritters and regret them as they tend to be griddle fried and stacked full of coriander. These are deep fried in the old fashioned way, light, fluffy, incredibly unhealthy and taste amazing. Stacked with avocado, spinach and a poached egg with spot-on holandaise, and a very nice tomato relish.
I should also point out that the prices are more than reasonable!
As I always like to balance with the odd con or two, here they are. The lunch time menu (which I haven't tried) is very burger-centric. I'm a burger aficionado but there are so many burger places in Paddo, they will want to be extremely good. The lead in 'Serbian Burger' just doesn't sound great. Also, the description of a chevapi sausage as a 'beef naked sausage', may be accurate, but sounds a little creepy.
Really enjoyed the brekky and look forward to going back!
Stefani's is nestled in the Antiques building on Latrobe Terrace, they have breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and a great Italian feel when you walk in. We had the Savoury crepes, which had feta and spinach with a great relish on the side. The crepes were soft and light, very well cooked. Coffee was also great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They also have a wonderful range of cakes and pastries, which I think I will be back to try with some coffee soon.
