Best vegan food in Brisbane!
Loved the Classic but the Pork burger was too big and came with too much sauce overpowering the patty and slaw. Overall simple but effective and great taste. Could have come with biodegradable utensils.
My bf arrive there almost closed but the chef still cook the food for us. I am really appreciate that. The chips tasted really good. I love it!
Really impressed with these guys! Those who follow me will know I'm a huge lover of vegetarian food. We ordered fries along with an original veef burger and sriacha "chicken" burger. What I like about these guys, that I think sets them apart; is their usual ingredients. I noticed sauerkraut, shimeji mushrooms, sricha just to name a few. Burgers were both flavoursome but my fav of the day was the veef. That patty!!!
Delicious vegan burgers and ice cream. Small place in a side street (limited seating) but visited from Melbourne and fell in love. Can highly recommend the BFC burger and the vego bar sundae
Amazing vegan burgers! Great value for money. Cauliflower bites were so good!
Can’t understand some of the negative reviews on here... or even the ones giving 4 stars instead of 5 because you can see the chefs? That’s what an open kitchen looks like...
Anyway, fantastic food we will be back!
Amazing burgers, gluten free options and decent portions for a great price. What's not to like? I just wish I wasn't always too full for dessert.
Great vegan burgers from here with lots of variety to choose from.
The restaurant itself is a cute whole in the wall in south Brisbane giving it a cool, exclusive sort of vibe.
We got the “smaller” burger options on the menu and I thought they were quite nice.
The beef one was a bit too much for me just because I’m not a big fan of cheese (even though it is vegan) but still a really tasty burger.
The falafel one was very flavourful and light even though it was a big burger which I really liked.
Would go back so I can try their other burgers because there aren’t many place in Brisbane you can get awesome vegan burgers.
Visited twice now and even popped in for vegan ice cream on a Sunday afternoon. We’ve nearly tried everything on the menu now from the classic burger, chick’en, curly fries, Chick’en Nuggies and the delicious buffalo cauliflower! Hands down one of the best vegan places I’ve visited.
I had the veef classic burger with the curly fries and a chocolate shake with soy whipped cream. The shake was one of the best shakes I’ve ever had. The food was not oily at all. It was absolutely delicious. I’m so happy this place is here. :)
Detailed BFC review...
The BFC Burger was Huge
Quality of ingredients - Great patty (actually 2 of them) which was really meaty, the cheese was very tasty and the rest of the ingredients were excellent
Taste - pretty damn good. I personally would add an extra layer of sauce but otherwise excellent 8.5
Presentation - great and wrapped for easy eating
Ambience (of Location) - small place with inside seating only
Value for Money - good for a vegan burger. Definitely a full meal
Overall Satisfaction - Very satisfied 9.5
Highly recommended for Vegans to Carnivores
Even the classic burger was a positive experience.
AHEAD OF THE GAME! so so so delicious ~ so many great flavours & so much thought has gone into these recipes! The service is great & the chefs are so passionate about what they are cooking, clearly shines through in the presentation of the food and the over all flavours of the meals! Clearly it is cooked with love and passion! We drive 1.5 hours from Burleigh to eat here! We love it, thank you for always cooking us dinner 🍔🍟🌱
OMG! The best burger. Wouldn’t know it’s plant-based. Delish burgers, curly fries and buffalo cauliflower. Highly recommend you venture for a feed!
The cauliflower wings were incredible, even if that's all you get then that is enough!
The burger was tasty but as a vegetarian, and not a vegan, I found the vegan cheese a bit weird for my tastes. I would have preferred the option to have dairy cheese but totally appreciate why it's not an option.

Grassfed is an all-vegan burger shop in South Brisbane. Their burgers are next level: All vegan, and made with vegan beef (vEEF burger patties), bacon, egg, cheese and other mouthwatering ingredients. This is one of the vegan comfort food restaurants you need to put on your bucket list.
Although they don’t have a very big menu, all the options sound delicious and you may have a difficult time choosing just one. My favourite, BFC, has double vEEF patty, bacon, fries, double cheese, caramelised onion and other veggies. Finished with their special sauce. The brekky burger and the chicken burger are also great.
Other than burgers, they have some comfort food snacks like loaded fries and crispy buffalo cauliflower.
Grassfed is not very big with only about 5 tables. And there seems to always be a line outside because of its delicious burgers. So allocate more time if you plan to visit.
Awesome tasting food! Massive burgers, great prices yummy vegan food. What more could you want!
Wow, talk about delicious burgers. I'm not a vegan but I'll try everything and their veef burgers are so good. I highly recommend their hickory pulled veef and BTB burger! Plus, they don't discriminate about wearing masks if you're not about that life.
Great tasting and well presented vegan food. Burgers are nice and juicy. Would return. Places like these make it easy to be vegan!
