Review Pizzaland Camp Hill - Brisbane

I would say they make the best Pizza in town as I been a customer for over 10 years . Family size half and half always been my order and Pizzaland team loved your work.

Pizzaland has been consistently excellent in their quality for around 20 years. I’ve been enjoying their pizzas for that long across their current and previous locations. They’re simply the best in the Eastern suburbs. Fresh, quality ingredients applied generously and consistently on a great classic crusty base. Their American Deluxe with optional free additional garlic on the base is the benchmark by which I judge all other pizzas, whether takeaway or at a restaurant (remove the jalapeños if not to your taste). And they’re one of the few pizza takeaways that still offer family size. Highly recommended.

Been ordering here for years and never disappointed. A pizza-joint that knows how to make some top notch pizzas! Would recommend getting Mexican, Mighty Meaty & Chicken pizzas all w/ BBQ sauce and garlic. Well worth the dollar. Support the locals. Pizzaland certainly satisfies the hunger!

Awesome good old-fashioned Aussie style pizza! We are new to the area and tried them for the first time last night. Admittedly we first thought they were a little more on the expensive side, but the generosity of toppings and the quality more than justified the price! We would normally have to order at least 2 large pizzas from other chains to ensure there’s enough, however we struggled to finish one family size pizza last night. You definitely get your money’s worth! You can just taste the love that goes into making these pizzas! We will definitely be frequenting this place more often!

Reminds me of the good independent pizza shops of the early 90s in Australia. If you're looking for authentic Italian pizza then I don't think this is your shop. But if you want superb non authentic pizza, this place will give you the bee's knees of non authentic pizza. The staff are top people, when I picked up on my motorbike they offered to put the pizza in boxes that would fit in my pillion bag.

The best quality pizzas in Brisbane are made at PizzaLand! With a quintillion tons of topping on the pizzas you don’t miss out on flavour! I just went the other day and man, it’s great food. The service there is always friendly and the wait time is short. Honestly, PizzaLand make the best pizzas!

Love this small business establishment. Discovered this amazing pizza joint 2 years ago when we moved into the neighbourhood. Great tasting pizza (does not taste remotely close to any of those franchise pizza shops), great toppings and good service.

We have been buying our pizzas from Pizzaland for the last 20 plus years. We have followed them to each of their locations and still think that they make the best pizzas in Brisbane. I have NEVER found the staff to be disgruntled (busy yes) and the prices are not as cheap as Pizza Hut's but then their pizzas are much better.

Really good service and excellent quality of toppings on this ham 'pizza orgy'. The dough is crispy on the outside and soft centred. Will have to come here again to try the other options.

I love these pizzas. I came here with my uncle (who is a frequents this pizza place) to pick a pizza up. I remember thinking I would not like this pizza at all because I was so used to dominos and pizza hut. I was reluctant to eat it at first, scrunching up my nose thinking "nope i want dominos or pizza hut". I was told I had to try it, even if I didn't like it. I summoned up the courage to try this pizza, and voila! I was in love! The flavour, the textures, the taste were all incredibly amazing. There was so much topping - my uncle got them to put prawns on there and I don't eat prawns usually, but these prawns on these pizzas were sooooooo yummy! 10/10 would recommend this place to all my friends! Best pizza I have EVER tasted!

I like the supreme with garlic and ginger fast and friendly service not far from Morningside and plenty of parking love the place go try one you will not regret 👍
Anyone saying Pizzaland does a bad za is a hack. May cost more than Dominos but well worth it for a pizza stacked with toppings and made with love. Try the Pizza Orgy and you'll never order pizza anywhere else. Service is also 5 star.

Delicious pizzas and pastas. Generous toppings and top quality ingredients. The gluten free bases are very good. The Mediterranean is fantastic (especially with pepperoni added)

Always fantastic! Old fashioned tasty pizza with so many delicious toppings. We usually get the family size pizza which is always so good. We could not go to the commercial pizza places ever again after buying a pizza here.

Horrible, rude service! We have ordered once before and the pizzas are pretty average, but we wanted something quick and local. We ordered on the phone on the drive home from work and we were told it would be 40 minutes. We showed up early planning to pay, then pick up some groceries and come back to collect the pizza when it was ready. We waited in line and noted we were early and asked if we could pay and then received an extremely rude serve from an older man working there berating us for showing up when the pizza wasn't ready and told us we couldn't pay for it and to go away because they were busy. The younger staff were apologetic but we went back a few minutes later after and cancelled our order. I don't think I've ever had such rude service in my life, we were extremely polite and were just shocked about the way they speak to customers. I'll be telling my local friends not to bother.

Mate ! I been to this best pizza join in town for over 10 years and never had a bad pizza .
I worked in food industry and I think I can tell the good food from the bad.
The owners have passion for their pizzas they always tastes good and full of fresh toppings.
I just picked up my usual half and half family size pizza cant wait to get stuck into it as it just smell so good.
There are lots of pizza places around but if you lived around Camp Hill and Carina Pizzaland is the place for Pizza . Guys loved your work.

This would have to be the worst pizza I have eaten in 20 years.
Purchased 1 family (really only large size) pizza, a garlic pizza (coz apparently they don't have stranded garlic bread - strange considering they are not a modern style pizza shop) and a 600ml coke.. I almost fell over when he told me it was $46.80....
1 pizza, 1 garlic pizza and a bottle of coke.. seriously.

In Melb we usually get 2 large pizzas, garlic bread and a 1.25 coke for 30 something dollars.

The garlic pizza was thick like a loaf of bread. I took one bite and left it.

The family pizza was a confused mess. Disjointed and tasteless. Usually I can eat a mediocre pizza but this just left me annoyed.. Mrs was out for the night, had a movie lined up on the couch and then this...
not sure how they are still in business or if they have such things as a reoccurring customer. A frozen pizza from Coles would be 20 times better than this trash.

This is a terrific little pizza shop. I have eaten a lot of pizza's from here over the the years even back when they were originally at the the corner of Old Cleveland Rd and Margaret St Camp Hill. Top pizza's and well worth it.

Fantastic Enchiladas and pizza. Been going here since 1988 as a kid and it's always been an amazing take away place with same owners. I get Hawaiian/supreme pizzas which I rate as 4/5 but it's the enchilada that is amazing which I rate 4.8/5.

As a not so regular customer (expensive feeding 4 kids), we have generally been pretty happy with the pizza from Pizzaland. Baked in a traditional pizza oven (not going through one of the conveyor belt grills) the bread crust is different from what you find in most chain stores. They have a good range of toppings, although we mostly go with the ham and pineapple or supreme (the 'orgy'). Expect to pay $27 per family pizza (which is truly family sized).

Yum!. I love this place! The pizzas have heaps of toppings and are very tasty. Way better than the usual chain stores. I usually get Pizza Orgy and Super Seafood.
Global Foodie
Terrible Pizza. I tried Pizzaland after the mixed reviews on Urbanspoon. The pizza here is awful. They lack flavour and quality ingredients. I spent nearly $60 for pizza that ended up in the bin. I was so disappointed and dare I say it - I would have preferred Pizza Hut or Dominos! There are so much better options in Brisbane - go to Earth and Sea or Piccolo.

Great pizza, great service. Always a good pizza, definitely recommend to everyone.

Great Pizza. My family have been ordering our pizzas from Pizzaland for as long as I can remember and I can't recall even one bad meal. Well made with generous toppings that are superior to anything you'd get from a chain store. Worth every cent

Really old school mum and pop service and the pizza I've been looking for for years with HEAPS of toppings and the familly is GIGANTIC!! :)
I'll definitely be back, with friends.

If anyone wants to experience Brisbane takeaway from a bygone era they should definitely try Pizzaland! The staff are disgruntled, the product is overpriced, the flavours are confused and the service is slow. I'm seriously so happy that places like this are now so hard to find.

My family has been going here for over 15 years, so I have grown up with Pizzaland. It's the best pizza I've ever eaten and they never skimp on the toppings. It's a great Australian owed business!
Gypsy
Overpriced and dull. The toppings were generous but incredibly bland, not a herb or spice in sight.
All I could taste was the additional garlic.
Way too much money for something that small and BORING.

On top of all that, this place doesn't even have a website, no way to view the menu online, let alone order online :-(
Tabehoudai
Awesome pizza, lots of toppings and great value for money.

Quality Aussie suburban pizza. I first had this pizza as a small child (under 4!) growing up in Camp Hill. When I re-discovered it a few years ago as an adult living back in Camp Hill again, the flavours hit me - they haven't changed, and I mean it in the best way possible. The 'Beefeater' with tomato sauce is the taste of my childhood (special ground beef. fresh tomato, onion, garlic, cheese), and my partner now loves 'The Continental', loaded with mashed potato, kabana and bread and butter cucumbers. Strange sure, but it works. Honourable mentions also to the mexican and the 'Pizza Orgy'. Nothing authentic Italian here (I go elsewhere for that) - just the most memorable thick crusts ever with loads of tasty toppings. Yum!

Great pizza, so much better then pizza capers or alike. I've been going here for years, since they were on old Cleveland rd, camphill. So glad we found u again
