Really rustic restaurant in a good location, Forget all the cliche "mexican" around, this is closer to the real deal. It's not entirely mexican only as they have Papusas on the menu which is El Salavadorian but the bulk of what you get is Mexican.
Great service, friendly staff and pretty good food. I'll go back!
The customer service was great. We were unsure of one of the Mexican drinks we have never had before and the staff encouraged for us to have a taste test.
Decor is very authentic, food was amazing but lucky we booked a table, it got filled pretty fast.
One of the better Mexican places in Brisbane for sure. I really like the menu here, full of variety and not just fried things stuffed with rice and covered in cheese and sour cream. I love the refried beans starter here and also the tacos, the hand made tortillas are really nice and something different from usual chewy, flour based tortillas you get at most other places. The flavour combinations of the tacos are good, so fresh tasting and the well made salsa verde is a favourite topping of mine, finishes the tacos off perfectly. The service here is always quick and I really love the food, it feels authentic and refreshing. My only complaint would be that I find the guacamole quite bland which is a let down. I would recommend trying the tacos al pastor and caldo de tortilla.
Came here for my birthday as I was excited Mexican was up the road. Place was packed, good sign. They do the crazy fishbowl margaritas from a slushy machine- alright if you like those. They were out of a few dishes so I got chicken nachos. This place makes legit Mexican food- I thought it might have been grilled but it used pulled chicken which I'm not a fan of. Will try again as the place is still around. Hopefully they have prawns next time
If you like Mexican food do yourself a favour and visit Fiesta Ole. Great tasting, authentic and good value. The dishes are presented beautifully and the servings are generous. The owners are welcoming and friendly and it always feels a real pleasure to walk in the door.

Most authentic Mexican food in Brisbane to date! The food and the decor make you feel like you've teleported to Mexico and the owners are simply lovely! I can't recommend this place enough!

The food here is surprisingly good. We had the pork tacos, prawn fajitas and guacamole. Would order all again. And the sangria packed a punch. Friendly but unobtrusive service. We'll definitely be back!

Family styled Mexican Restaurant in Auchenflower run by a Mexican (chef) and his Salvadoran wife. Great food, good service and wonderful ambience. Authentic and traditional Mexican fare plus the usual Tex Mex stuff. Been there for dinner 3 times so that should say something.
Just one thing! Dont eat food for a week before you go to this place! So much variety and great in taste. Must try No.9 , 17, 20, 21 and 28.
I definitely recommend the chimichanga. it was really delicious and super filling. we got starters to share which were great too like the jalapeño poppers and mexican fries but it was way too much food! we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and the owners came out with tequila shots and sombreros for the birthday people to wear. so lovely of them to do that and come out from the kitchen. the food is moderately priced too. I'll be coming back again.
Friends have us some of their hot pico de gallo and my sweet lord is it incredible! The heat builds and builds but the flavours are sensational and very fresh. Their tortilla chips are perfect too. In the unlikely event we ever get a weekend off we'll head straight to the markets to get some more.
