🍣HANA ZUSHI🍣 @hana_zushi_sunnybank Location: Shop 24/27 Sunny Park Shopping Centre, 342 McCullough St, Sunnybank QLD 4109 Rating: 4.5/5✨ wow who knew that one of the best Japanese spots i would find, would be in Sunnybank?!🥹🤩 @hana_zushi_sunnybank really surprised me with some incredible incredible dishes, what a feast we had!🤍 some of the things we ordered (cause all of them would be an essay🥲🤣): ✨deluxe sashimi platter ✨tempura prawn & salmon hand rolls ✨spiced beef & mentaiko chicken skewers ✨miso eggplant ✨fried oysters ✨wagyu with truffle sauce ✨chicken karaage ✨lobster salad ✨eel aburi roll & salmon and prawn roll holy moly this was a feast of flavours🤤🤩 firstly, how stunning is the sashimi platter🥹ugh i couldn’t stop taking photos of it, so pretty! presentation was key at @hana_zushi_sunnybank and really added to the experience🤍super fresh fish sliced to perfection~ the skewers were so delish and packed with flavour! the mentaiko chicken one was so good! definitely a must order🤤🥰 oh my lord the truffle wagyu… i could have easily polished off a plate of my own, they do not skimp on the truffle and this blew my mind, i didn’t think wagyu and truffle could taste this good🤤🤩little cubes of heaven! chicken karaage, wow okay. juicy juicy chicken lightly coated in thin batter, the best chicken karaage i’ve ever had, seriously. next level chicken✨👏🏻incredible dish! the salmon and prawn roll was also too good! lightly seared salmon with tempura prawn in the middle, layers of deliciousness🤍 conclusion, i really recommend @hana_zushi_sunnybank some dishes here are a little pricey but for the quality, you sure get what you pay for🤤🥰do not miss out on this underrated Japanese spot in Sunny Park, some insanely good dishes here!✨🍣

We order the Grilled Eel (Unagi) Set and the Sashimi Set for a recent lunch. Our meals are nicely presented, ingredients are fresh and very enjoyable. Photo of our Sashimi Platter from Christmas with some Sushi Rolls. New menu was introduced last year and prices are up 20%. Service is a tad slow with more wait staff required.

We recently tried @hana_zushi_sunnybank located in the @sunnyparkshoppingcentre 📍 The restaurant has a really nice and moody interior with quite a bit of seating space (although I would recommend making a booking prior to your visit). There are blinds separating the bigger tables which are usually not put down but you can make a request if you need more privacy (in our case - using super bright lights 🤣) Here’s what we ordered, although some may not be in the photos 📸: • Lobster Salad • Edamame • Takoyaki • Chicken Karaage • Miso Eggplant • Mentaiko Teriyaki Chicken • Grilled Seven Spiced Beef • Deluxe sashimi platter • Ceramic Plate Pork • Ceramic Plate Vegetables • Salmon and Tempura Prawn Roll • Eel Aburi Roll • Fried Oysters • Salmon Hand Roll • Tempura Prawn Hand Roll • Waygu Beef and Truffle Sauce Okay yes, that’s a lot of food but we managed to finish it all. My favourites were the wagyu beef with truffle sauce, karaage chicken, the deluxe sashimi platter, grilled beef skewers and the eel aburi roll. The sashimi was very fresh and the presentation of all these dishes were amazing! You can see the effort put into making these dishes! 💯🥰 Add @hana_zushi_sunnybank to your list of places to visit! You will thank me 😌🙌
