Was on the last minute search for a lunch spot with a friend before I had to go back to work. Was cutting through eagle lane when my friend spotted Fat Angel. It felt like a classic American bar and grill. The Nba was playing and food was served in those red baskets. The special of the day was a soft shell crab roll (that’s what my lunch pal got) and I got the pumpkin salad with grilled chicken. The menu was full of choice and I wanted to choose one of their burgers or wings but opted to the healthy choice. I instantly regretted what I got when I saw my parters lunch ... it looked insane. However, after I took my first bite of my salad. I knew that this wasn’t just an ordinary salad. This was huge, I couldn’t get through half. The chicken was grilled to perfection and the dressing was light and tangy. One of the best salads I have ever eaten. The only down side was that the wait time in between my meal and my partners was about 10 minutes which was a bit uncomfortable, but the food out shined this tiny negative.

All round great bar! Great selection of food and sport for those who are looking for it. Otherwise best tunes and fun bar staff making it a go to place for everyone. Also, Frozen Margs... So good! Guaranteed good times.

The best service ever !!! Definitely recommend. We went there on a wing special night. We ordered the spicy sauce wing and the staff did warn me three times that sauce is very spicy; I still wanted to try, at the end I was in tears. All other favours was very nice, if you are not a dead spicy lover, don't try the spicy sauce. BBQ and any other favours are worth to try.

This place is awesome. TV's galore for whichever sport you want. Delicious pub food. Friendly and down to earth staff. 12/10, would recommend.
