Went in got greeted, extremely friendly staff. The cookies where delicious!! Steak was was very well cooked and tasted amazing with my choice of veggies. Highly recommend this yummy place if hungry. Great range of food and good quality and service. Couldn’t say a bad thing about it !!!

A friend and i went for dinner tonight and the 2 young boys serving had 0 customer service.
They started making our order then half way through started making a online order and completing that before coming back to our order. Not to mention how slow they were at making it..There was no one else in the store and we stood there and waited a good 15-20 mins for 2 pita's. Gave 2 stars because although service was bad, they were tasty and delicious!

On July 8th I spend $66 on Pita, when it arrived unfortunately we were missing quite a few ingredients. The food was fast and tasty but not what was ordered. I am giving one star because I phoned to let the staff know of the order to be told, okay thank you. I then asked if I could speak to a manager who assured me the next time I come in I would have the order for free which was very lovely they took my details I went in tonight to be told I couldn’t have the whole meal one pita and my name had never been written down.

This shop used to be really good, the staff were kind, knew what they were doing, and wouldn’t hesitate to stuff the pitas with heaps of salad. Now they must’ve come under new ownership because all the old staff are gone and the new ones are nowhere near as good. Service is much slower, the pitas have much less salads and sauce in them, and the overall quality of the store has went way down. I used to love Pita Pit but it looks like it’s back to Subway for me.

I had a buffalo chicken yesterday with extra meat, Cajun seasoning and Mint Sauce from them. I had it takeaway and it was probably the best takeaway Ive had in a while. This shop nailed perfectely the boundary between healthy and delicious. Definitely would order again. Huge shoutout

OMG...... went there tonight with a mixed idea of what they serve, but after having the buffalo chicken pita I was amazed at the taste. So amazed in fact after finishing my first pita, not 15 minutes later I went and ordered a second pita and it was just as amazing as the first one.
I Highly recommend giving this a try before you go anywhere else.
If I could give 10 stars I would.
Update: A year later and still just as great as the first time and staff are still amazing !!
