Just had yuzu with my son and husband. Loved everything we ordered. Tuna tataki, takoyaki,sashimi, assorted tempura, truffle beef, tofu and sushi - they were all great. The service from the one and only waiter was warm and on point. Pls don’t change anything. Will def come again. Thx.
Promised the lovely waitress to write a review after our dinner here last night and we ought to express our compliment to the whole work team whose hospitality is excellent.
Take the promo from the EatClub to have dinner at this local gem last night. We have been to its sibling located in New Farm a couple years ago. We always try to spare the time to explore this one in Milton but not until last night that we left early from work to keep our promise.
Upon arrival, the contemporary lay out brings a cosy vibe to the customers. After perusal I’d the menu, we decided to go for the seven course Omakase.
Dishes are composed of fresh seafood and the high level of cuilinary skill and nice presentation gave us an impressive dinner. Love the way that the chef presenting the dishes with high aesthetic effects. Visual, olfactory and gustatory perceptions are orchestrated with the effect at the top of the hill.
I have no hesitation to recommend this modern Japanese restaurant.

Having tried the Lunch Menu we return to check out the Dinner Menu at Cooley Singh’s 1 year old restaurant. Phuong Tran enjoys her Kyoto Kiss Cocktail while I decide on dinner. The Menu is similar to Yuzu, New Farm and we ordered these shared dishes.
* Kingfish Jalapeño in a Yuzu Soy dressing is nicely presented and fresh.
* Wagyu Truffle is MS7 Wagyu Beef thinly sliced seared on one side with Truffle Salsa in a Chive and Yuzu Soy. My favourite dish, this quality beef is so tender.
* Sashimi Tacos are crispy Nori Tacos filled with cubed Salmon, Tuna, Kingfish and Snapper Sashimi. This is another beautiful and tasty Signature Dish.
* Tempura Oysters are topped with Tartar sauce and Tobiko. This dish used to be my favourite. The Oysters this time are smaller and not as fresh. And the Tempura batter is soft when it should be crispy.
* Assorted Tempura is a mixture of Prawns, Fish and Vegetables ( French Beans, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato and Snow Peas. This Tempura dish surprises us. A generous serve, every battered item is perfectly fried and is served straight from the fryer. A table favourite!
We would have rated this meal a perfect 5 but for the ordinary Tempura Oysters. Overall, this meal was very enjoyable and wait staff should be commended for their great service. Thank you Yuzu, Milton!
Best Japanese I have had in a long time. Beautiful niche little restaurant tucked away in Milton. Dined by myself but felt very welcome. Service was on point: waitress was kind and attentive without being overbearing, food came out in record time and tasted unbelievable: you can’t fake this level of freshness and flavour. Thank you for an enjoyable Saturday lunch.
