The young girl who served me at the cashier today was possibly the most rude person I have ever met in customer service. Such an awful attitude and so off putting. The girl who made my burrito was lovely and in training I believe.
I never leave reviews but god this was so bad.

Asked for a chicken burrito, went back up because it tasted weird and i eat there often. was guaranteed it was chicken. then noticed it was pink and i went up and asked and the boy said "its under 90 degree heat all day its cooked". went to a different zambero and they confirmed it was in fact pork not chicken.

how is your staff unable to differentiate between the meat that they serve, thankfully i'm not religious but im concerned for those who can't have pork as part of their diet/religion etc.

Order received two hours via delivery food was cold, poorly presented and missing drink and chips and had an audacity to charge over $40 for a small burrito and a bowl! Ridiculous never again you go down in my black listed pile for restaurants

One of your staff members is absolutely rude, I thought perhaps she was having a bad day, but it turns out that she's like that every time she's served me there. The other staff are very are friendly though, but if I ever see her there working, I'll just turn around from now on.

Ordered nachos delivered. They must have been sitting there for a long time because the corn chips were soggy and completely congealed together. Not like we ordered at a busy time either, 4pm on a weekday. The serving size was very small for $17.40, with barely any meat or cheese. We also got a side of corn chips and guac and they must have used the crumbs from the bottom of the bag as the pieces were all broken up. The guac was good though which is why I’m giving them two stars.
I just wouldn’t recommend getting delivery from here.

Do yourself a favour and go to Guzman. The vege burrito isn’t actually veggie in the way that other Mexican places do grilled vegetables, it’s just extra rice and extra beans (and the beans are revolting). The cauliflower option isn’t what you would expect in the way of pieces of cauliflower. It is just a sloppy mess. I love burritos but threw this one in the bin. It was awful

I ordered a burrito from Menulog tonight. I understand busy night etc.
I paid an $5 more for extra chicken, and there was next to no meat on the burrito at all, and the rice was absolutely minimal. I’ve had much better burritos from Zambrero before.
If someone is paying extra for something on their food. Put extra on it.

Had a chicken burrito regular one - was charged $13.40 not even sure why $1 extra and filling was not generous. Also the sandwich presser has rust on it which is using to warm up wraps which is against health - not worth it and not considering food health and safety
Some other time i also had burrito bowl they are just filled with more n more lettuce and less of chicken and other fillings
