One of my favourite hotpot buffets in Brisbane.
The unlimited drink option is so good that sometimes I forget I went there for the hotpot š
The meat is quite good and the menu has a good variety of options. The soup base is quite good - especially the spicy one.
The staff is quite friendly; however, sometimes the waiting times can be long.
Noticed that we have not been back to this hot pot eatery over 18 months and heard about it is a new management since my last review so made a special revisit on last Wednesday.
We occupied the first table on that evening at 5:15pm.
After perused the menu, we selected the food and beverage package of unlimited food and beverages (soft drinks and juices) for just $34.8
We are happy with the generous varieties of food that we can selected. Quality is fresh.
Probably it is the first time that I forgot to take photo for the food because we were too busy in cooking the food for our dinner š
Oh! I nearly forget to mention that it serves bbq skewers too. The chef will continuously prepare skewers such as lamb, fish cake, sausage and chicken wings then left them on top of the bar counter so diners can pick up whatever they like.
Let me tell you that they are all very tasteful particularly the sausages and chicken wings.
For the price only $34.8, I am speechless.ššš

This place is probably our favourite all you can eat hot pot place in Brisbane
For less than $35, you get all you can eat Buffet Hot Pot and Skewers, AND premium drinks - none of the generic Cola stuff. Instead actual Coke and Aloe Vera drinks etc
It is not a self serve buffet in terms of ingredients which is ok as food comes out pretty quick. The sauce bar has all the favourites, as does the side dish choices. The renovations have made this a great place to eat out... almost too often.
Havenāt been to The Cube Hot Pot for awhile and we decided to revisit this restaurant tonight. They recently have undergone some renovation and have added a new āCharcoal BBQ barā.
FOOD: now apart from the all-you-can-eat buffet hotpot, we now can also have all-you-can-eat bbq! I couldnāt wait to try the bbq skewers before the hotpot soup came to our table and I was in love with the BBQ skewers! Grilled Chicken Wings in special herbs, grilled fried tofu pieces, grilled crumbed rice cake, grilled sausages...they are so yum and best for filling up hungry tummies before the hotpot is ready. Veggies are fresh, meat in good quality (not those rock-hard frozen type of meat), lots of variety to choose from- just $32pp. If you are keen on all-you-can-drink beverages you can top up to $35pp. Very good value! I had the spicy soup base and itās good! Not too salty while I could taste the real spice.
DECOR: After the renovation this restaurant looks more modern (the shop used to look very old and tired). Itās now more spacious in between tables and easier for people to walk to the self-serve BBQ bar, snacks bar and sauce bar.
SERVICE: a bunch of passionate young people and they love their job. Very attentive and friendly to customers.
Overall- price has gone up a little bit after the renovation but it still worth it given the quality/portion of food being served. Food was yummy and I didnāt even remember to take photos this time (I normally take lots of photos before I start eating lol)! Will come back more often for sure!
This place has great value in my opinion, being an all you can eat, especially if you have many friends and family for dinner. There are many options to choose from, and the food is very flavoursome and easy to cook. The kebabs are very good too.
Only negative is there surcharge for card payment
Would come again.
Having tried out almost all the Hot Pot restaurants in Brisbane, one that keeps getting pushed further and further down my list is The Cube Hot Pot. With winter having truly set in, and the abrupt closure of my beloved 100 Degrees, I finally decided to make my way to Sunnybank Plaza and give it a go last Saturday over lunch.
There was a great variety of meat, seafood, drinks and vegetables and the foodstuff were fresh. We had both the spicy and non-spicy soup stocks and both were tasty, just that the spicy one was too spicy and oily due to excess chilli oil used to flavour it (so I recommend asking for it to be less spicy first). My friends and I had a pleasant dining experience!
The food is fresh, the soup was flavourful and very attentive staff. They offer a wide range of meat, vegetables, seafood and balls. Good dining experience for us.
Decently priced all you can eat hotpot. Soup has great flavours and Ingredients are fresh and are served out in platters as opposed to getting up and 'helping yourself'. The added $2 for unlimited drinks is great and staff are friendly. Be sure to book in advanced as if you don't the wait for a table can be up to an hour.
The staple go-to for all hot pot dinners. All you can eat for $30 with unlimited drinks? Hard to beat. People say you can definitely get it cheaper if you bought your own ingredients etc but at the end of the day you also pay for the service, space, and cleaning up costs. Here you pay, you eat, have fun, and walk away.
