This restaurant offers authentic Malaysian cuisine at very affordable and reasonable prices. It is a small to moderate sized restaurant. Perfect for special occasions and homey enough for a casual family meal. Every dish we ordered was full of flavour and texture. We probably should have ordered some lighter meals instead but in any event the dishes weren't too heavy. A few areas I would critique this restaurant is that the white rice we ordered wasn't hot enough. Staff were very friendly however we also felt a bit pressured by staff constantly asking if they could take our dishes away even though there were still food in some of the dishes. Cost-wise, as mentioned above is very affordable and cheap. Everyone in our group was full at the end of the night and when we split the bill amongst ourself, our dinner was around $19 per person! Tidy and authentic place. Highly recommended.

Food was delicious specially stired fried section. All stried fried got wok hay flavour. Some food needs little bit more salt or light soy sauce (this is my preference). However, we were waiting almost 30 mins for food. It is a bit wait time but it is worthy it.

Came here for a weekend lunch. Yahoo Chinese is a really solid, old school style Chinese. The dishes were really tasty and exceptional value. Can happily recommend their Marmite Chicken (yes, Marmite!) and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Would have given 5 stars if the dim sims were a little bigger and packed a little more oomph.

Pretty dang good food, got a few Malaysian mates and they say it's as good as back in Malaysia, so that's a plus. It isn't as busy as the restaurant in Waterford, so it's usually got a few tables free... But it's just as good.

This is one authentic Malaysian restaurant away from the main food centres. I was born in Malaysia, bred in Malaysia...I'm a foodie like my late Dad...so I'm telling you this. If you want real Malaysian style Chinese dishes...this is the place to go. The place is clean and simple...the food is great. My personal favourite is the steamed belly pork, but all the dishes that I've tasted before are genuinely tasty. The portions are good for the price and taste, so go check this place out.

This is my favourite Malaysian and Singaporean restaurant in Brisbane. Affordable prices, authentic tastes and friendly service. This is the place for Char Kway Tiau, Curry Puff, Lor Bak, Curry Laksa, Penang Har Mee, Hor Fun, Roti Canai, Kangkung Belacan, Steam Pork Belly, Marmite Chicken and Oat Prawns!! Always fun and satisfying.
