The sub and the service were fine, the girls all have very long hair in pony tails and as the girl learned over another staff member her hair went in my sandwich. Not very sanitary. I think they should wear their hair up or in a hair net. It was quite gross.

The food itself was great and customer service is pretty good. But I'd recommend not coming to this Subway between 12-1:30pm during the week because theres always a long line.

Consistently run out of bread. If you eat a late lunch as I regularly do, do not bother with the Subway in Post Office Square. I normally duck out for lunch around 2pm and the last 4 attempts to grab a sub has ended in disappointment.
My last attempt rubbed more salt in the wound as when I was standing in line one employee announced that they had run out of bread so I left and went next door and grabbed some sushi only to see the customer who had come in after me being handed a footlong sub?!? Seriously, up your game Subway, what kind of business that specializes in subs can't make enough bread to last past 2pm....

Without a doubt one of the rudest stores I've ever been in. Granted, I go in maybe once a week at 4pm when the staff have probably had enough, however, that is the hospitality industry. Most recently (today), the "sandwich artist", didn't say hello or acknowledge me at all but just demanded the answers to his questions regarding what kind etc...and actually threw it on the bench to me at the end and walked off. Certainly won't be going back and most likely calling the manager tomorrow for a chit chat!

Awful!! Not worth it!
Went in at 10:30 to have a good breakfast, nothing was fresh. Had a six inch sub and a couple toasties, the cheeses used for toasties tasted awful. If we are paying for the food then better start serving fresh items. You used the cheese, bread and everything from day before. Don't publish fresh breakfast and stuff if you are gonna sue the stuff from day before.

I tried the new gluten free wraps, I am concerned they don't understand how cross contamination can impact Coeliacs when wrapping my wrap in they same paper they've dragged along the full length of the cutting board!

Smaller Subway (why do they call them Restaurants???) Store that was OK but did run out of ingredients at times, layout of the store is not very good and it's really cramped in the peak hours. Food seems alright but didn't always seem fresh if you went there in the mornings.

No fuss, fast service. Many good options,
although, it beats as to how subway and health can go together with some heavy calorie options in excess of 3100kcals.
