One of the few Indonesian restaurants in town. Located at the corner of the Pinelands Plaza, the store has both indoor and semi-outdoor seating areas, capable of accommodating a huge number of customers.
My all-time favourite is the Gado-Gado. The vegetables were fresh, topped with flavourful peanut sauce. However, I also enjoyed the Iga Bumbu Rujak; the meat was tender and juicy, while the sweet sauce pairs with it perfectly. The noodles were also great, specifically the Mi Ayam Jamur and the Mi Abang-Abang (the two have slightly different sauce and toppings). Another menu that was delicious was the Soto Betawi; tasted so authentic!
For the portion size given and the price, I would definitely come back for some Indonesian food in the future!
Authentic Indonesian food
The food is delicious with authentic Indonesian flavour, the portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. It's a good spot for a quick lunch but not a place to linger!
Came alone and had the batagor, bakso abang abang and empal goreng penyet. Prices were on the cheaper side, with portions also being smaller for the smaller dishes, however the service was quick which was a major plus! Great for quick, cheap and tasty food!
