No current menu provided, no advertised public holiday hours, didn't even tell the reception at the Diana Plaza hotel that you were closed. Absolutely pitiful service for a restaurant that is supposed to be providing room service for a hotel. If there was some skerick of information or communication about availability (or lack thereof) of these services, it would be understandable. Add in to the mix a nonfunctional website, closed Facebook page and an generic phone message- seems like amateur hour who need to reassess their ability to provide "service"
