Actually I'm not sure whether this venue is meant to have a Bruce Banner / the Hulk dual personality or some kind of mashup like Professor Hulk. In either case it was pretty busy when we went and it took a while before we could place an order. Food came out in about 15 minutes which wasn’t too bad.
My order:
* Byron Chic, $11.9 - grilled chicken, avocado, rocket, red onion, tomato, harissa mayo & aioli on a wholemeal bun
I found it interesting that at 1910kJ, this is 17%-33% lower than all the grilled chicken burger options at another chain that markets themselves as having healthy burgers. Anyways, kJ aside, the overall taste was fairly good, though I didn’t love the wholemeal bun. Nevertheless I wanted to feel like I was making a healthier/lighter choice for lunch because I knew I’d be eating out again for dinner where such choices aren’t so readily available 😛
Hungry and looking for something easy I came across Burger Urge. I’ve since found out that this place is a chain restaurant.
For me the service was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and they were attentive.
My chicken burger was absolutely delicious, the chicken was well cooked, I liked the bun and all the ingredients were great.
My sweet potato chips were crunchy, well seasoned and I was absolutely stoked with this place.
I had a beer and although it was closing time I wasn’t rushed and I wasn’t asked to leave. This place is a must visit!
Great service, great food and great drinks. Had a blast at the trivia night, thanks to all the staff! Will definitely come back again for more trivia, great food and fun
Very affordable food and welcoming staff. The lady who assisted us was helpful and attentive. Ordered the Big Boppa and the southern fried wings and it was fantastic!
This place is actually amazing. I was walking along George St after a burger, and was going to go into Miss Kays, which everyone raves about (and it is good) but it was so full so I kept walking and found Burger Urge, which was almost empty. I figured I'd give it a go - and the food was incredible. My partner and I both had different burgers and they were both really really delicious. She customised hers quite a lot and the staff were very friendly and accomodating about it all. She got a gluten-free bun, which she said was really good (for a gluten free bun). The decor is cool too, seats comfy, really I don't know why it was empty. For everyone who goes on and on about Grill'd give this place a try. Great staff too - the guys who were on on Sat night, thanks, you guys were really nice.
Fast delivery, affordable prices, great decor (retros style), great service and good burgers! Would be good to have more vegan/vegetarian options as my friends and myself would love to come again and try more than just the two burgers available. However they are still good burgers. I got the south of the border burger, good spice.
The atmosphere is nice and the food is good. The service was quick and courteous. There is enough variety on the menu that you could go in with any lind of appetite and find something to satisfy it. I'll be back when I'm next feeling a big burger fix.
Boston cheeseburger & fries was a happy lunchtime surprise today thanks to BFF's cravings. Beef pattie was thoroughly cooked through (perfect for us) & still beautifully juicy & tender. Ratios of the yummo 'BU special sauce' & aioli were spot on. Cheddar, pickles & salad rounded out the whole moleish affair.
Look the gluten free bun wasn't my choice but it's worth noting it wasn't at all offensive. My GF BFF tells me it's one of the best she's had. What I do know for sure is those damn fries were cooked just right & the herb & garlic seasoning rocked.
Surprised to find the place pretty empty at lunchtime while the mall is heaving with Xmas shoppers. Oh well, all the more for us. Would happily return.
I just came here with a group of Vegan friends and we were so happy and so impressed with the amazing vegan menu and the fact that they didn't cross contaminate the food. Thank you so much for looking after us all. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and I will definitely return. Thank you for catering for Vegans ❤️ I had the vegan cheeseburger and fries (that are cooked only with vegan items) and the vegan burger sauce. Sooo delicious 😋
Nice burger place with a great layout and nice seating, near the very inner city and easy to get to. The food itself is good and sometimes great, though the burger themselves tend to be on the smaller size. They are also priced at slightly above market price at the time of this review. However, the flavour of the food is good, with ample seasoning. The fries are cooked fairly freshly, though it’s pretty obvious that they were recently thawed. I would suggest to add salt and pepper to the tables, and to continue to ensure that the burgers themselves (they are mostly American style) do not become too sweetened, as is the overwhelming trend at this level of burger restaurant.
Back again after returning from Sydney! Love this place for the atmosphere and staff (Thanks Maria for remembering me :D ).
Just a small nibble this time but the wings are always so tasty! This is now my go to now for a snack or meal before i hop on the bus!!

Awesome decor and decorations. Brilliant food and also man of the drinks you drink so well.
Very interesting tennis style decoration. Great environment. The burger I ordered is called New yorker. Very good, I like it
