Everything about this place is great my only issue is the paper based bags they use are incredibly weak and break easily. I was walking home with some drinks when my bag snapped and my drinks went rolling down the hill. From here on I'll be taking my own bags.

This is a bad shop,I go all the time but I got told to get a really old DRY PIE INSTEAD OF THE FRESHLY DEFROSTED pie,THE BLOKE TOLD ME IT TAKES 1 OOR MORE HOURS TO DEFROST A FROZON PIE IN THE MICROWAVE,THE PIE WAS SOOOOO DRY IT WAS NOT EATABLE,I'M A CHEIF N YEAH I DO LIKE A MEAT PIE GET OVER IT,BUT THIS 7 11 IS BAD

The store had been having issues with their eftpos machine and when they had it up and running I was the next customer. Although I offered to pay cash they asked me to use my card and so I did. The transaction was approved and both a merchant and customer receipt were printed. I went to take my purchases however the two staff members behind the counter and a 'technician' said that the payment had not gone through.
I asked why the receipts had printed if the payment had not gone through and they said it was just what the eftpos machine had been doing all day.
However, I felt sure that as the eftpos machine had said 'Approved' and printed receipts that money would have been taken from my account. After telling the staff this they asked to see my bank transactions on my online banking - which I immediately thought was inappropriate. I also explained that transactions rarely show up straight away.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, after the staff refused to let me take my items I left the store and rang my bank who confirmed that the amount had been taken out of my account and that I could dispute the payment with them to get the money back. I went on to do that and contacted the 7/11 head office who advised me that they had already had numerous complaints about the same store and were shocked to hear that the staff had requested to look at my bank account.
Despite this I was not offered any compensation or refund from the head office and they agreed that my best route was to dispute the payment via my bank which took 21 days.
I would not normally have let an incident like this affect my view of a store so badly but I had gone in there to buy medicine for my partner and felt that the staff had absolutely no customer service skills at all.

The indian staff's attitude is bad, they don't know how to behave. Bad customer services, they do it all time .Owners shouldn't hire indian students . People have to tag this headline and share the thought.

If you are here at about 11am it's a lively echo of chatter of Columbian students who attend Imagine Language School. I have fond memories of living in Mexico and learnt to speak Spanish while I was there. But a few of the young ladies are scantily clad as luxury cars speed over the crest of the hill. It's a spectacle as the male drivers seem to lose control and forget road rules as they perv at these pretty young women. This is what makes this particular Seven Eleven super special.

I do like this staff then all other 7 eleven staffs the food is so amazing and fresh a perfect coffee with cream on the top helps a lot if you ask about any thing they will bring for you instead of telling the shop is neat and clean all the time never gets rode and so friendly.
