Excellent service, lovely people, but the food and cleanliness of the crockery was not. The dirt on the coffee saucer is visible in the attached pic, and the bacon and egg "panini" was literally that - bacon and egg - no butter, no spinach, just dry bread. The coffee was very weak too.

Thank you for the lovely coffee today and to your amazing barista! It's my first time to try Coffee Club as I don't really drink coffee with well-known coffee shops. The Cappuccino was really perfect, the blend and the art as well. I will definitely come back.
STRANGE CATE
It's a shame this is one of the only cafes to get food from near the hospital because the food is abysmal and the presentation is even worse.
This is the chilli scrambled eggs (without the chilli) that for some reason had some kind of liquid cheese in it that made the whole thing taste cheap like I'd scooped it out of some bain Marie in a 2 star restaurant in downtown LA. The chipolatas were rubbery - no idea how old they really were. The tomato was nice and cooked well. I don't know why it came wrapped in soggy flat bread but it's possible the scrambled eggs were on something called a 'melt'. Sorry, but it was gross. I ate most of it because I was starving and no where else was open.
The iced coffee I had was nice. I did ask for less ice cream, and less cream so I knew it wasn't gonna look as nice as a proper one, but a guy dumped it on the table and it looked sad and messy. I know we've had a tough year, but a little pride in one's work can go a long way.
The menu looks good and is probably on par with other Coffee Clubs but I feel like this one is taking corner cutting liberties. I guess there's probably some kind of loophole they've managed to find where they don't require a chef to prepare food - or even a cook - just anyone can, really. My advise to them and every cafe: eat what you sell and see if you like it. If you wouldn't eat it, don't sell it.

16/06/21 at 0900hrs, thought my wife and I would have a little breaky date. We ordered two burgers and two hot chocolates. I have to say the service by Shawn and another guy that looks like Eric Banner (sorry man you didn’t have a name tag and I thought you might be the manager) was absolutely impeccable. I watched as another customer before me was very difficult towards them but then they were straight up smiles with me. The food was also very very nice. Great work guys! If you’re chasing good food and even better service, don’t forget to drop in and check them out!

One of the best coffee places around Woolloongabba. I am very picky with coffee, and their coffee is always delicious with creamy froth how I like it. Sam & Sam are just amazing baristas and know what they are doing as well as the rest of the team there. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere there is really nice. Love the Cesar salad and fruit salad there. Highly recommended this place!

Good food especially the calamari and the passion fruit shake I had. Would definitely go back for breakfast next time!! The only problem was we didn’t know we had to go to the counter to order as they take your orders in other Coffee Club outlets. Otherwise, it was perfect

Good place for breakfast or lunch. To be honest, I was shocked by foods and drinks here. Because I didn’t have much expectation towards a chain cafe. But my experience told me that’s wrong. It is still a good place to go, at least a safe place. One thing I want to mention is the latte art shouldn’t be like this, the barista should practice more (not bad though). (But not sure whether every The Coffee Club is same, since there are too many.)

Ordered a double shot flat white. Came out pretty quickly. Only problem was it tasted rather burnt after the first couple of sips so had to leave it. My partner scored better as he decided to have a single shot ahhh The Coffee Club when will I learn
