This place is my favourite pizza place in Brisbane. It has traditional classics and delicious glam pizzas. They also cater for every allergy and dietary preference. Friendly and local crew. Also great for ordering a large quantity. I saw them deliver 100 pizzas to a West End company lunch. Highly recommended

NEVER AGAIN paid $32 dollars for the worst pizza way over priced, sizes are too small for what they show on the menu (pizza boxes barely 9in) didn't get any lamb on the pizza we ordered, staff are rude he points at a little spec on the pizza trying to tell me nothing is wrong . Getting my full refund. Good luck to whoever goes here not even Italian run .

Good food, when they get it right.
Been here a couple of times now and I do enjoy the food, but slight issues with temperature with the pasta dishes.
I really enjoyed the crumbled chicken wings, they were great and had a nice kick to them.
The Vegetable Lasagna & Salmon Carbonara I have had to send back because they were not hot enough, inconsistent temperature, a little cold.
When I received them back they were much better, better temperature and they were pretty good.
Customer service is perfectly fine, they didn't have any problems with me both times I asked for my dishes to be reheated and apologized for the error.
I will definitely visit again.

Pizzas are ok, but the 2 pastas and salad would have to be the worst I have had in my life. Salad was old, soggy and overdressed, and the pasta was overcooked and lacking ingredients. Mainly just pasta and stoggy sauce. Very disappointed.

Pasta sauce was almost non existent compared to the amount of pasta and what was there was unseasoned and tasteless. When I called to see if anything could be done I waa do ‘‘em a “lesson” on what’s carbonara is. Pretty poor customer service and a very disappointing dinner for me.

I bought pesto chicken (my favourite), salmon carbonara pastas and Punjabi, Cajun, pepperoni pizza for my partner’s birthday party and food was amazing. Everything was fresh, tasty and loads of toppings on pizzas. Prices were really reasonable. Great place to order food for your gatherings,,

Abysmal! The absolute biggest crock of lies I have ever seen! This is literally, literally, LITERALLY store bought crust topped with store bought ingredients and microwaved! The oven never touched these fraudulent pies! And regular, is a child's meal pie. But I didn't wish it was bigger due to how low quality the pizza was. Their must be a ombudsman of pizza we can enquire to!

I've only ordered delivery from here, and while I found the food to be really really average, I think its worth it considering its cheap price. The food here is inconsistent. Sometimes, pizza is doughey and a bit soggy, but there is always a lot of toppings so the value is definitely there. The pasta (carbonara in particular) is always good, but the most recent time I ordered, the sauce was too watery and the chef definitely forgot to add salt. While these inconsistencies may deter you from ordering, I find them to be easily amendable (i.e. adding salt and pepper, chucking it in the oven, etc.) and keep coming back. My greatest concern, which has only just come to my knowledge, are all the complaints below about employees who have not been paid by the owner in 2017.

Totally horrendous. Their pizza is Domino's like quality, and their prices are over the top for that kind of quality. I was expecting something of higher standards for that price, and something which wouldn't cause me stomachache. I am not surprised they have such low reviews. Avoid this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, I worked at the west end store for about 2 months and I had to leave because they were NOT paying me. I asked another staff member at the time if they were getting paid and they also said no (he was a driver and was using his own money to buy petrol on top of not being paid). The owner usually hired foreign people whose English was not very good, which I assume was to take advantage of them. You would expect that at the price of these pizza's they are paying their staff. Go somewhere that is ethical and PAYS their staff weekly wages. By the time I had left they STILL had not payed me all that I was owed, they payed me around about less than half of what I was owed. At the time everyone working there was desperate for a job and hopeful that we would get payed, the owner continually said it took a while for us to get in the "system" before we would be paid. The boss would swear and yell at me because I wasn't fast enough at the job after 3 shifts of working there. It's important to support local businesses but in this case domino's or Pizza Hut is a cheaper option and actually PAYS the staff

I got a pizza delivered by Deliveroo from this place & I paid an extra $3 for a Large pizza when I got my order I noticed it was smaller than my hand and I was still charged $17.95?!?! <br/>When I called the manager to ask where my LARGE pizza was, he was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge that I had a problem paying for a large pizza and receiving a small one! He then told me this was not his problem and I should speak to Deliveroo. <br/>After more than frustrating phone call I went down there to sort out my issue, the manger hide out the back & left his poor staff to deal with an angry customer. <br/>Save your $$ and go to Dominos, I'm sure you will be happier & save yourself from having to drive there anyway

We had ordered delivery to West End and the pizza were great. Enjoyed them very much. The service over the phone was awesome too. Ordering from here again, yep you bet.<br/><br/>We had our good friend over tonight...and we thought to order pizzas, this time the GF options off the menu. I must say they were amazing, yet again. Enjoyed every piece.

We were greeted by the warm friendly owner who reccomended the Jamaican and margerhita with the buy one get one offer at west end which worked out to be great value and the pizzas were fantastic, Jamaican spice caught me off gaurd so be prepared with that but the flavours and genourous toppings made it a pizza we'll be going back for.

Delicious pizza with generous toppings. The Jamaican chicken pizza is spicy and amazing if you are looking for something different rather then the classic pizzas. Lovely, friendly service, wish i tried it sooner.

The owner treats his staff so poorly, it's difficult to watch. I am a manager and cannot comprehend his conduct. I stopped eating at the location when it was Pizza Capers for the same reason (same owner). I have ordered from Donini's twice and each time he was speaking to his staff like they were subhuman - it was atrocious. The pizza we ordered had hard, uncooked strips of pumpkin which we had to remove in order to eat the pizza. I will not return simply because I cannot support someone who treats his staff so poorly. If the owner reads this, I would recommend he recognises that his poor treatment of his staff is not only dehumanising for his team (which he clearly doesn't care about) but is also affecting your perception in the community. If you cannot manage people without treating them like rodents, then I suggest you find another profession

When ordering from Doninis we were hoping for something traditional with a flare, except we received the home brand version of Pizza Capers. With Stodgy, heavy bases the pizzas (Byron Bay and Louisiana) and calzone were average replicas of the chain. I just wonder, why copy? Perhaps the other pizzas are unique but these were just average.

The pizza here is super delicious, generous toppings and well priced but every time I go to the store the owner is yelling at his staff and being quite rude to them in the kitchen. It's very uncomfortable. He treats them like idiots when they are clearly competent.

Tried Donini's just for something different. We just ordered a couple of pizzas to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. They definitely have a broad range of different toppings and flavours for their pizzas. We tried the Rancho which was just as "meaty" as they described. The other pizza was the Espanol. A nice mix of flavours. It is a nice place to try.

The delivery took ages and the pizza was just warmish. Don't trust them if they tell you a time, don't expect it to be sharp. Called two times the shop and they kept telling me that the delivery boy was on his way. They were rude at the phone and forgot the garlic bread. Worst service ever! Domino's is more reliable and has better quality as well. Couldn't finish my pizza and my wife ate just two slices. Go somewhere else.
