Came here on one weekday evening, the place was rather small and without a clear sign, making it hard for a first-timer to find. On top of that, the place had a very limited seating space and a very basic interior.
Ordered the Sweet & Sour Pork and the Jajangmyun. The portions of the food were generous. The taste was great too; not too salty, yet not too overwhelming. As with most of the Korean restaurants, side dishes were given as complimentary and the water was self-service.
Might come back here in the future.
Have not been back over two years since my first review so re-visit last night. Obviously, business is well established with more staff running the show; there were totally five instead of three as I remembered at my first visit. Setting also has been improved and so as the menu.
Have something changed this time to order the Stir Fried Spicy Seafood Sauce with Noodles and the Stir Fried Seafood Whit with Scorched Rice Soup. Noodle came first with a surprising big portion. Noodles are smooth and the seafood sauce is tasteful (there are prawns, squids and black mussels). Then the Soup came to the table and it just look like a thick sauce. After a while, one of the waitress ruched to our table to put the scorched rice in the soup. Honestly, we preferred not to have those rice because they are easy to stick on our teeth, which is not a good feeling. Therefore, this soup is a let down. Overall, there are lots of improvement in service and ambience but the food standard is slightly dropped when we compare its neighbour – Nangam.

I mean to explore this restaurant for a long time and eventually made my promise last week. Located opposite to Sunnybank railway, this hidden gem really did the authentic Korean Chinese cuisine. Dining area is not big and it was full-house after 15 minutes that we was in at early 5:45pm. Ordered the Spicy Seafood Soup, Stir Fried Clear Noodle with Pork and Rice and also the renowned Korean Deep-fried Chicken. Taste reflected fusion of Korean and Chinese cuisines which delivered what it should be for the heat element. Glass noodle was done perfect and needless to say the deep-fried chicken was the hero of the night. Although the chicken was mixed with sauces, you could still appreciate the crunchiness from the skin and importantly the juiciness inside the meat. It was a really marvellous job and I highly recommend it.
Hidden gem. Best Korean fast food, black bean noodles, seafood noodles, fried pork, etc.
Restaurant is very small and crammed! Some tables are situated directly in front of the bathrooms and can really smell.
Food is a bit greasy - but I guess that’s just part of the whole Korean fast food experience.
Definitely recommend. Cheap, tasty and very filling.
