Went here because the coopers Plains ones was out of half the stuff we wanted so we come here and they're out of the other half. No Tuna, no onion, ran out of meatballs.
Staff are nice though very quiet and hard to hear over the counter.
Got home to eat and my partner was pulling burnt, inedible pieces off the meatballs.
Subway generally needs a management overhaul.

If you could give zero stars i would. Staff dont care, they have no passion, slow, overcharged us, and when i asked why i had been charged for items included in the kids pak she was not happy. The bottom of one sub was half missing, but they continued to make the sub anyway. Whole experience was awful. They should just close the store, i dont think ive had a good experience here in 4 or 5 years.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but this place is so filthy inside I feel I must warn people. The glass on the cabinet is coming off of its hinges and it looks like rust could be falling into the food, the floors are really grubby and so is the area behind the counter. The kids that work there are always polite but don’t make very nice sandwiches.

I went to subway last night and I was pretty surprised to see a group of young worker, just chilling back, sitting on the bench and they left the store wild open. Where is the manager ? Not very professional for the brand. Also making mistakes for the order.

Vegetables, meats and cheeses were all dirty with crumbs, contaminated with other foods etc (we’ll after lunch rush so there should be no excuse). Lettuce completely brown and spotty - couldn’t bring myself to add any. Staff were grumpy.

Secretly Ripping the customer off
Ordered a cheese and egg breakfast sub with added chicken and avocado this morning.
Only to be shocked and horrified by the cost of $18.50. I asked the young lady working why so much when every other subway is $14. She replied with “We have been told to charge the more expensive sub with extras”
I requested that she charge it to the order that I placed because I’m not paying for a chicken classic something I clearly didn’t order.
Even though her body language and attitude was very resistant it was changed to my order, but I was still over charged with costings equaling $15.75.
My suggestion to you is to carefully watch what they are secretly charging you or refuse to buy from them until each store is the same locked in lesser price.

This store is disgustingly filthy. I will never eat back here again after seeing the state of this store. now the owners have a discriminatory sign up, No unvaccinated can dine in. I wouldn’t be scared of catching the fake COVID, I would be more scared of catching meningococcal which is far more dangerous. I would suggest people get shots for that before they eat there.
