Delicious noodles

We visited this restaurant specifically to try their hand-pulled biang biang noodles (youpo mian) and they were delicious. We chose a couple of different versions - chilli oil sprinkled noodles and the Qi Shan style dry noodle (with pork). The noodles fresh and chewy and we thought the sauce was very tasty, but a little too oily. The other dishes looked really good too. It was very busy but the service was fast and prices were reasonable.

Re-visited this eatery after nearly one and a half year since my first review. The first thing we done was to order the combo with the Original cold noodle + the mini burger. Then we added one dish of the Beef Brisket Hot Pot Vermicelli, one of the Tomato & Seaweed Soup and one Sweet fermented Rice with Egg Soup. In fact, the last one should be correctly a drink instead of soup but it taste very nice particularly serving in cold. Combo keeps the standard consistent. This supposes to be the signature so we have no doubt about it. Taste of the Tomato soup is slightly bland but it proves that there is no MSG in the soup. Hero of the night is the beef brisket hot pot, which we ordered mild in spiciness. Portion and ingredients are generous and vermicelli is rich in flavour. I think this would be the a-must dish for my next return. Cheers!

Bookmarked this eatery since I read Kan Do's review four months ago. Visited for dinner last night around 5:30pm. Since they do not have a break in the afternoon, so there was already a table occupied. Read the menu and found it is quite broad. We referred the list of top 10 street-food in Xian when we watched a TV program so ordered the set M1 with Original Cold Noodle + One Mini Burger and the Shredded Pancake in Mutton Soup. The set M1 came in very quick (did not expect because our friends told us that it took a long time to wait for the dishes). I could not judge if the Cold Noodle texture was authentic but I could tell the taste was just delicious with well balanced in flavour 4/5. Mini burger was not the best in terms of the texture of the bun but again there was no complaint on the taste 3/5. Then the soup came in which took 10 minutes. By the time that I looked at the soup, honestly, those diced noodles attracted my attention and so I searched the google and found that it was the correct way to make the soup. The mutton was tender and we could tell that they prepared the soup with slow-cooked method and it was very rich 4.5/5; however, I personally think it was slightly pricy as compared to the other dishes on the menu. Overall, love to see another choice of eateries around for dinner. It is recommended.

Big portion, very reasonably priced. Clean decor.
Lots of meat in meat dish which is happiness.
