Craved for a delicious Tea-smoked Duck so dropped in this Taiwanese restaurant for lunch in a group of three last Thursday. Upon arrival, we noticed that it serves some lunch special items so we changed our mind to order the Taiwanese dumplings, deep-fried tofu, taro duck and glass noodle soup with pork and pickled vegetables. Production reflects that this is a local gem that serves authentic Taiwanese cuisine with fair prices. Dumplings are juicy. Tofu is silky. love having lunch here for the cheaper price lunch set, always going for the Taiwanese stewed beef noodle soup. loving the chewiness (rather than too soft) of the noodles, and the beef is soft enough and soaked with the soup flavor.

There’s a reason why this place can be busy. Good service and delicious food. They also offer free peanuts for pre meal snacks - unable to stop pecking on it. The dishes were a bit oily for my liking but I suppose that’s what made it yummy. We kept staring at neighboring tables and their dishes looks great too! Can’t wait to come back to try their weekend breakfast option and other dishes.
