Served by Steve with excellent customer service and a smile. The pizzas are true authentic style pizza and the prices are comparable to other pizza businesses. Pick up and delivery services available. Pizza Napolia offer a large variety of pizza and pastas plus ice cream. The closing are 9pm and not the 9:30 as noted on their sign. They offer inside seating and outdoor seating. Easy disabilty access. Not a great deal of parking and not disabilty parking. Great garlic pizza bread and homemade pizzas

Delivered in a flash and the base was fantastic as was the toppings and flavours! We’re visitors from out of town and absolutely loved this pizza!!! Thanks so much!

Really friendly staff. Good little roadside diner. Would recommend the super yummy Greek salad & ice cream sandwiches. The pizza was mushroom heavy, but that's a plus in my books.

Not impressed. Poor service and at an expensive price. Inadequate seating and no dine in option. This should be stated more clearly. We ended up eating in the 'restaurant' from takeaway boxes. Food was decent but not worth the price. Menus unprofessional, greasy and out of date.

Online ordering was easy. I opted for delivery which said 45 minutes, they took 55 minutes and it's literally just up the road. The Chicken pizza I ordered was way over cooked and tasteless. The $5 Garlic Bread had literally no garlic on it with less than a pinch of herbs on it. This is the first time I've ordered from here and it'll be the last time.

We picked this restruant from the photos of the gourmet pizza, well let me tell you the pizzas are nothing like the photos, the pizza is a bland overcooked shambles, we dined in last night, the pizza took approx 35-40 mins to arrive the bowl of pasta almost 8 mins later, pizza was the worst, as stated, bland looking/tasting and over cooked to be honest go get a plain cracked with grated cheese and a piece of salami and you will do better. On a plus side the bottle of soft drink from this establishment was nice and cold.

We had vegetarian pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was very tasty and had a variety of ingredients, olive, pineapple, capsicum, mushrooms and onions. <br/>The garlic bread was ok, a bit over toasted and crunchy which I like.

I was hoping that this place would blow my socks off. Unfortunately it didn’t. Cheese must be an option here as there wasn’t much on my pizza. I nearly broke a tooth on an olive pip. Base was awesome and plenty of anchovies and mushrooms. I wouldn’t rush back.

The best pizza shop in Brisbane and the pasta and garlic bread was really good The carbonara pasta was delicious and plenty of fresh parmesan on top, pepperoni pizza way better than dominoes. Service was fast and friendly. Thank you Pizza Napoli will definitely be coming back

Should've gone to dominos. For the price you pay the pizza is very average. Pay $5 for the same garlic bread you get at dominos. <br/>Customer service is also very average. When I walked in, the two on the counter continued to have a conversation while I waited to order.

I love the pizzas here. They really are quite good. What really grinds my gears is that not once have they ever managed to get my order right. Le sigh.<br/><br/>Pro tip: get them to confirm what they write down when you order and check what they give you before you leave.

The worst takeaway I have had to deal with, I called up to order a couple of pizzas, a pasta and a calzone, I am always detailed with my orders because I write them out before I call. A young girl answered the phone, she took my order, usual pick up time is around 20 minutes, she didn't bother reading it back to me as I like to make sure she just wanted to get off the phone. I get there after 20 minutes of waiting in my car to give them time to finish, go in and I am told I still have to wait, so I pay for my order and when I finally get my order, guess what it is all wrong, they mixed up sizes and toppings, the worst thing I did next was go back in and politely tell them about the mix up, omg did shit hit the fan, the same girl who took the phone order, she is probably only 15 started to get quite defensive and rude about the whole thing, then eventually I asked if my order could be fixed, they say yes but they are not happy about it, they did even want to fix the amount I paid, so I wait in my car which I parked right in front of the shop with my window down, and guess what the young girl is doing, complaining and mocking me to everyone who works in the shop, so I can't take in anymore, I go in and confront the owner about the girl and she starts getting defensive and lying till I told her I could see and hear everything, the owner does nothing, I finally get my fixed order, take it home take a bite of my pepperoni calzone, taste no pepperoni, open it up, one piece of pepperoni ripped in half. The worst pizza place I have ever unfortunately had to encounter, I have never been back since. I do not wish to give a rating but the site won't let me continue if I don't.

Pizzas are great but they are very inconsistent with the amount of toppings. Sometimes there are a lot and other times there's just nothing there making it pretty average. I

Now now I'm sorry but all I have to say is negative. It just was not great tonight guys very unimpressed ! Ordered takeaway over the phone, told 20 minutes for the wait. Got there and the girls had the order ready, although not correct. They had not included my pizza order. So they asked do you want us to make it now. "Yes please, I still want dinner". They were going to make us wait another 10 mins for the pizza to cook whilst the rest of our order sat on the counter to get cold. I asked if they would keep the food hot while we wait she said she would put it near the hot oven. Waited. Waited. Went to pay and no apologies or offer of discount or anything. Then they forgot to give us our drink we ordered as well. Got home and wow, all of our pizzas were underwhelming. No flavour, no sauce. As Manu Fiedel would say "where is the sauce"!!! And if I wanted to order a mushroom pizza I would have ordered one instead of a supposedly chicken delight pizza. Won't be coming back here again. Really disappointed with the quality of service and food around Everton park area.

Great pizza! Not greasy and the crust is crunchy and delicious, vegetarian delight was my favourite .<br/>The deliver as well! So convenient!!!!!

Nice little pizza place, quite a small dining area so it might be hard to get one of their two tables at times, but we didn't have an issue. The service was great. The pizzas are good, but not particularly amazing. I enjoyed my meal but probably won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Pizza is decent, but the service is terrible! I ordered a pizza at 7pm only to have it arrive at 9pm. When I called at 8:30 inquiring as to when it would be arriving I was told it would arrive in half an hour. They wrent apologetic in the least... Rubbish.

Gone downhill. Pizza Napoli has been a North-West Brisbane institution since the '80s, but alas no more. The latest owners have taken it downmarket with cheaper and fewer ingredients, and have added southern fried chicken to the menu, if that gives you a clue to the quality. Very disappointing.

Bellissimo!. Tried this place out with some friends and it was fantastic! Food was hot, fresh and so filling. $29 special is great value for money and soo much food with leftovers for breakfast. Friendly service and very reasonable prices.

Pizza was pretty good but not as great as we remembered from years ago. They were pretty busy but the service could have paid a little more attention to detail, is clearing plates a bit quicker, but overall we enjoyed our food and dinner
