The new management has brought a welcome change to my lunch time coffee run. The coffee is delicious and very quickly prepared, sub 2 minutes for a single coffee, mark of a true professional. Also if you work in the immediate vicinity and have a craving for an I ♥️ Brownie you might want to head here rather than trudging over to the main store. 🙂

I work at 292 Water Street, so when I discovered this place it was a true hidden gem! I quickly began to come here nearly every day. John and Jenny work hard to give the utmost gold star service. They aren't slow, nor are they lazy about how they serve the food. They're great conversationalists, will always say hello and goodbye to you and if you're there as often as I am - you learn each other by name and order!
My partner drinks coffee and said it was the best coffee he's had from anywhere - and that's a hard statement to come by from him. I always get a smoothie and they're blended to perfection (the pink drink is a favourite) the burgers look like they've been taken out of an advertisement and they taste sensational! Please for the love of god, ignore the couple bad reviews they are false allegations against Cafe Oxford.
I love coming here, it's basically a second home! Come here and enjoy the atmosphere, the food and the company! xx

What a lovely little gem nestled in a cosy spot.
Welcomed at the curb when exiting our cab by the very friendly owner Peter. A relaxed casual vibe added to our very enjoyable breakfast. Great service. Lovely displayed options and specials board. Peter accommodated our choices and adapted our order to suit. One of the best hot chocolates ever. Iced tea is the real deal! Real flavour. Peter even came to the curb to put a wheelchair in the taxi boot. So gracious.
Thank you Peter. Will check in again next time in town.

Cafe Oxford is FABULOUS! The lovely gentleman behind the counter is always so welcoming. The little breakfast is fantastic, great cost. LOVE their hashbrowns. Would definitely recommend!

The owners are a lovely sweet couple, putting heart and soul into this business! The coffee is delicious, the burgers are always tasty, the Bacon & Egg on Sourdough is also a favourite. It’s good value for money. (The only two bad reviews for this cafe are complete false allegations, so also speaking as a tenant, I would say totally disregard them).

Ordered smashed avo and latte from deliveroo. Smashed avo says two pieces of Turkish. Came with only one piece. Coffee was burnt.
Most of the reviews on here are positive so I’m hoping I just had a one off bad experience.

We at Smoke Alarm Services often order our Whiting Burgers while we have our lunch break, they are Perfect. We even started bringing them home to our families who also agree they are the BEST BURGERS IN BRISBANE!
