Catch up with friends, had a great parking spot out front. Table service, friendly staff, great play ground you can watch the kids from. Food was great, had the breakfast burrito, coffee was spot on and enjoyed our visit. Kids had great time also.
Great concept, large play area for kids visible from all eating areas. Our kids (2 and 4yo) love it! Good food and drink options for the big kids too.
What a great concept! A fun, enclosed play area for kids (this does cost extra) good coffee (not strong enough for my liking) a healthy kids menu (need more places like this) excellent big people food AND they serve alcohol! Plenty of room for prams, lots of high chairs and very understanding staff who are totally fine when your baby throws their food literally ALL over the floor! I had eggs Benedict with potato feta hashcakes, bacon and sauerkraut. Absolutely delicious! Lots of bacon, well cooked eggs, tasty hashcakes and great hollandaise sauce. One of the best eggs benny I've had in a long time. Super quick service too. The only down point is parking is a pain - a problem across the whole of West End really! Awesome spot, will definitely be back (perhaps to try their drinks menu!)
For sure the lay-out of this local gem is tailored for Misscharlot and Spicy Dad to have family gathering while enjoying their meals.
Explored this café in the morning. I did not realise that they provide private parking spaces for customers so I paid for the street parking meter (what a silly old man!).
Walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff. Ordered a flat white and an almond croissant (requested warm-up only).
Coffee made of Bellissimo brew, which is one of my favourite. Coffee came with nice strength and smoothness. Almond croissant deserves BIG TICK. Crispy, flaky and nice sweet ingredients.
Happy brekkie for the day!
Rating 4.5/5 (extra half mark for the cosy vibe)
just saw the newly open post on Instagram last week, so been planning to come one day, and this day would be a rainy day. And it was perfect to play indoor. the interior was pretty. just not big enough for more than 20 kids to be in the same area since is fairly small compared to all the servings table in the cafe.
