Read the reviews on this eatery and I was shock to see all negative comments. One thing drew my attention was that it was mentioned to be a busy café, however there was no positive reviews. This leads to a question: why it is still busy with bad service; therefore, I drove there to explore a few days ago. Well, I may be lucky and was served with a very friendly staff who even swab the steam away from the internal window of the cabinet display so made me easy to choose the food that I liked. It is definitely a busy café with at least three to four staff serving at the counter including the barista. I ordered a piece of chicken tenderloin and a flat white that approx. costed $8.00 Flat white came in a large mug size with right strength although there was no coffee art. The large piece of chicken tenderloin was well cooked, good crumbed with right balanced taste. The CP ratio was not bad! I have to rehabilitate for this café subject to the negative comments. Due to small business, credit card fee sometimes may add extra running cost and also put extra time to process the payment (even though you maybe able to do pay pass). Down the track, the expensive bank fee may accumulate enough to pay for the wage of a full time staff, so I think I can accept the "cash only" policy. However, the management should also pay attention to the service of individual staff who may be frustrated in busy working environment. But spirit of hospitality is to bring happiness and joy to others so please think about it before you loose your temper....
