A Healthy food doesnt always mean this food will taste awful. <br/><br/>I was quite surprised with the concept of this cafe. I was invited to have a dine in the cafe. My friend and I were explained that this cafe serves foods which are prepared with the involvement of a nutritionist. The owners always make sure that the ingredients are fresh and they prepare all the food, including sauces themselves to ensure the quality and nutrition of the foods. They also realize that people do need quick-served foods since they are located in a busy area. Therefore, they already make the foods and people can grab what they want. <br/><br/>My friend had the butter chicken: full flavoured mild curry served with quinoa and rice mix. This butter chicken was exceptional! We love how they lightly seasoned the dish since it didnt taste strong. We also enjoyed the chicken. It was so tender and well combined with the curry. <br/><br/>I opted tasmanian salmon salad. The salad was super freshh!! My friend even admitted that the salad and salmon were fresh. <br/><br/>If you want some lighter options, they also serve snacks and sweets. We tried the blackmarket brownies, banana bread, and honey nut triangle. Guess what? We love all of those sweets. They were not oversweetened. The texture, flavour, and sweetness were balanced. You will be satisfied. Oh no, one won’t be enough so I recommend to have two of each cake. 😁<br/><br/>After all, we really enjoyed our visit in the marketcart. We can learn many things about heathy food and we are glad that there is a cafe which serves healthy foods whose preparations involving a nutritionist. My friend and I suggested the owners to provide more options for asian foods. This cafe deserves 4 stars or even higher!! 4.5!! What more you could ask? Healthy, fresh, high quality, quick, nutritious, tasty, convenient: all ticked!!<br/>
