The pizza was legit, authentic Italian with great sauce and toppings. The crust was thin and wood-fired. The salad was amazing. The waitress was friendly but the service was a little slow. The atmosphere was cozy and it's a good place for dinner with friends.
Nice atmosphere, fast friendly service. We had a group of ten on a busy night. Recently moved to the area and Pizzeria Violetta might be my favorite pizza now. The cheese and crust were fantastic on both pizzas I tried. The pasta with bolognese sauce was delicious. Will definitely be back.
We went to Brisbane for a 6 day holiday and ended up going here 3 nights for dinner. I must say the food was just spot on, very reasonably priced along with the drinks. The service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the best authentic Italian pizzerias in brisbane. Would go back here in a heart beat. Ordered margarita pizza with prosciutto and Boscaiola with tomato sauce. Both were so good
I ordered the Margherita pizza. It was amazing, I find it immensely difficult to find good pizza other than Pizza Hut to be honest and this one was just amazing. You can taste the good quality ingredients that they use, and it was the perfect balance of everything, definitely coming back.

It was a really wonderful experience to try this restaurant.
To begin with, it is easy to find where to park. Furthermore, the attention is magnificent.
Regarding to the food, everything was amazing, you can feel the truly Italian taste of a pizza.
Finally, the dessert (panacotta) was delicious, just what you expect to finish up a good meal.
What a fantastic menu Violetta has, the Pizzas are the best in town! Authentic simple yet full of flavour, the Pizza chef has true passion for what he does and it shows!
I also love the fresh salads, fennel and pear my fav. Nice friendly helpful staff, I recommend this place to anyone
Ok, Chinese food is my passion - but eating the spicy Diavola pizza in the same location gave me a thousand more reasons to return...who could ask for more - my husband craved pizza and I wanted Sichuan hot pot...two happy campers! Thanks guys!
Simply the best pizza in Brisbane. Their pizza dough is perfectly fluffy, chewy, and tasty. Tried their pizzas 3 different occasions and the quality is consistently superb.
I was surprised by the quality of the Margherita pizza. It reminded me of Neapolitan style pizza. Lovely service too! People, who served us, were friendly and attentive despite the busy atmosphere in the restaurant.
This restaurant is good for catch up with a friend. I visited my old friend in Brisbane, and we had a great time in this cozy restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious especially the Quattro Formaggi Pizza.
Fantastic service - definitely my go to for pizza. Fresh and authentic, unlike big chain pizza. Also, amazing customer response. I have to watch my diet and use an app to track what I'm eating. I wrote to them and asked if, by any chance, they have a nutritional breakdown of the pizza I like to order. Call me an optimist, I know. But I got a letter FROM THE CHEF saying that they don't have a breakdown, but he sent me all the individual ingredients so that I could enter them and track what I'm eating, as well as a suggestion that if I wanted to lower my sodium I could order it 'white' (without the tomato sauce).
I know, right? What business even does anything like this anymore?
I'm totally impressed with these folks. They do their own delivery, and it's always pretty quick. The restaurant is also lovely, (and their duck pancakes are amazing).

I am from out of town for work, and my coworker and i were in the mood for some pizza. This restаurant was close to our hotel and we booked a table for dinner. The thin crust was perfect, and the toppings were great. My coworker was happy with his gluten-free pizza too. Very nice atmosphere and good service. Next time i am in the areа, i will definitely be back!
Our first trip to Brisbane and heard this was a must-visit. Wow we were not disappointed. Welcoming atmosphere and hospitality with very friendly staff and fast service. Our group of 5 split 3 pizzas and were satisfied with the portions and pizzas were all amazing. They were light, tasty and exactly how it should be. We left happy customers feelings less like tourists and more like loved locals.
