Best coffee in Brisbane, in fact the whole
of Australia! I’ve tried more long blacks than I could even try and count in Australia and this ranks top of my list. Always have great selection of guest and house blends. Beautiful outdoor area, worth the trip to Albion just for this place.
It was the time that I explored this roaster cafe then I discovered the Busy Bee Take Away in one of the Saturday morning last month. Located behind a complex of commercial suites, this cafe shows the confidence in building up the clienteles. The venue was converted from a warehouse so you will have the opportunity to enjoy your food & beverage under a high ceiling. When I took my seat in the indoor dinning area, I can easily see how the barista prepares my coffee while I can also see the roaster equipment at the back of the bar. The coffee roasting area is nearly half of the venue so I can imagine the business scale in terms of wholesaling is not bad. Well, it should be the time to talk about the F&B. chicken roll that I ordered came to the table after toasted (even though I did not expect it should toast for serving). However, the effect of toasting was not bad, it made the bread delivering the slight crunchy feeling. Importantly, the few sea salt crystals on top of the roll just made it up to the next level. Loved it! Coffee came with a nice art. It was bold, rich and creamy. Maybe it should be a rule of thumb, I never be let down by any one of the roaster cafe that I tried in terms of the taste of the coffee. Having said that this cafe does provide the diners with a very nice landscaped outdoor al fresco area, which is good for gathering or even for you to dine in alone. Highly recommended place for coffee-lover.
Delicious coffee and great service. I came here for the very first time for an afternoon coffee and was surprised at how good it is. There is plenty of seating inside and out. It was a cool but sunny day so I sat outside with the warm sun on my back while getting a hot cappuccino in my belly. I can't wait to return.
Today my wife and I had one of the nicest coffees we have had in a very long time. It was also very well priced. When you both comment that you still have a really lovely taste of coffee in your mouth long after having left you know that you have had a seriously good coffee. Will definitely be back.
Beautiful spot for a coffee and relax, chat with a friend. Limited selection of drinks and food, but the location makes up for it.
The closest chocolate profile on a coffee I have ever tasted. I tried the smooth operator blend. It has fruity fig and chocolate notes, but mostly chocolate, especially if you have milk.
The coffee is spot on every time and they do alternative milks to perfection! The avo toast options are super tasty - my favourite is the black bean and chilli oil.
I quite enjoyed my mocha today. Large array of coffee products & accessories to buy in this large cafe/coffee roaster.
Hands down the best coffee beans 🙌🏼! Whenever people visit our house for a coffee they ask where we buy our beans from - and I’m always happy to point them to a local, friendly and delicious cafe like Neighbourhood.
A roastery cafe in a small industrial estate that has exceptional coffee.
A cool & inviting fit out with plenty of room to stretch your legs and bask in the sunshine.
Knowledgeable and professional staff who have a real passion for their craft, the decadent sweets & homemade biscuits are a must!
Lovely place! Used to go to the Bardon store front and now been enjoying the cold brew or batchie here
