Friendly staff, specially the manager was so helpful. We come here at least once a month, good quality, delicious burgers and wonderful service. Very clean and nice dinning area 😊🙏

A very nice Grill'd restaurant. I enjoyed the chips and burgers from here. They really are very filling and taste great. I love the fresh ingredients and the sauces especially.

3 times in a row now, I've tried to call ahead. Well outside of peak but still almost 2 hours within operating hours. It always rings out. Each time, I turn up and there's only a few customers with half the employee's twiddling their thumbs. The other half cleaning down the grill and packing up. So, I tried to call right in front of them before they served me. Nothing. I politely asked if their phone is broken. "Oh, we turn it off because we're too busy"! The kicker, both the chips and the burger are barely even warm once I get them. I let it go the first time as no body is perfect. But twice in a row. If you own this business, you need to sort your staff! I'll never know because I'll never be back.

Usually have a great time and meal here. But today it felt like my friend and I were interrupting a phone party. Dirty plates were on tables till I asked for them to be cleared, no cutlery on any of the tables outside, no offer of water, longer than usual wait with no other people in venue, patty was cold, server didn’t bring our food till she was done on her phone and having a convo with the cook. New shift staff were the ones cleaning up the mess of the patrons from the shift before. It’s these little but expected things that make a big difference when not demonstrated.

Great food and friendly workers but chronically understaffed. Gets overwhelmed sometime after 6pm and then stops answering their phones or taking orders.

Great service! There was a sign saying staff shortages so they didn’t open till 12. They did a good job at handling the influx of people waiting out the door as they opened later today.

Good honest burgers, go to when the fam wants to have a burger with a sit down, too many burgers to choose from and they have a decent kids meal boxes too

It’s a nice restaurant with great environment, relaxing music and beautiful views make the restaurant a great place to meet friends. The burger ( big queenslander ) was massive that I feel so full after I ate it, I was starving before that😂. If u sit outside u can feel the winds blow on you, which makes me love the restaurant, also the stuff were so friendly here. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to my friends~

Pretty So So, the staff was super nice though.. I know I know.. a salad at Grill’d? However - I always get a trusty burger I thought I’d buy something different and see how their other menu options par up to the normal burgers. Size was a little small and I wish they had heaters outside

With the renovations finished and new food stores, we had to try a burger from grill'd. This place for a Friday night was busy and full team. So we grabbed a table and it wasnt clean, bread crumbs and some moved to a corner table. With that many staff, one would think to clean tables. So after a long look at the menu we went with crispy bacon and cheese and a summer sunset, with a side of shared chip platter. Looking around, it is a big venue, tables inside with plenty of outside seating and doors that open up for that fresh air in cooler months. Not too long our burgers arrive with a single serving of chips, there was a mix up with our order so went to sort out. The manager sorted that out quickly and effectively which was nice and didnt charge us for it. The burger's we good, nice and fresh and doesnt fall apart when eating. Nothing beats fresh ingredients, the chips were tasty and not overly heavy, good too with trio of dipping sauces. Definitely be back to this one. Given 4 1/2 stars.
