Ordered through Menulog at 9:11pm. Delivery time kept changing. Last update I received said between 10:15pm-10:45pm. At 10:17pm I get a message saying my order has been successfully cancelled and that my refund is on its way. I didn’t initiate a cancellation at all. In fact, I had been waiting for over an hour. Surely you guys can do better than this?

I don't normally do chain restaurant fast food but these were desperate times. The menu is a bit of a mess, service slow and food underwhelming. The facility was clean, functional but dated. It was way too expensive for what I got.

I can no longer recommend this Red rooster. They have changed their menu and removed their best items, and changed the chicken in the remaining items. What used to be delicious crumbed chicken tenders or chicken patties are now very flavourless chicken pieces (even on the burgers) the fried chicken is also bland, and no where near as nice as comparable competitors. The chicken cheese and bacon burger is no longer available.
This Red rooster definitely was the best red rooster in Brisbane, and while the changes are likely a decision by hq and not this store, it's not relevant - my favourite fast food place and an Australian icon is now destined for failure. RIP Red Rooster

It says closing 10:00 pm on Fridays. I arrived 9:30 pm and it is already closed. Could you please update your opening hours in Google maps and the sign you have on the door of the restaurant please.

Nothing but great service and great food.
I've never had a meal from there I've been disappointed in. I prefer their fried chicken to KFC.

The woman at the counter was angry and snatched my money, which left a bad taste in mouth. This taste was worsened by the revolting chips I was served. Look, I’m a fan of salt but these were absolutely shocking I couldn’t even finish them. Don’t get me started on the bathrooms, they looked and smelt as if they had not been cleaned ever. All in all very disappointed, don’t waste your time, if you’re looking for chicken go to the KFC down the road.

Came all the way up from the CBD to enjoy the chicken after hearing good reviews bout Red rooster across the ditch. The food turned out good, chicken cooked through and very fresh, the chips were hot and well salted despite not served with any condiments(ketchup? Salt? Pepper? Not a custom may be? They didnt even give tissue papers. The lady at the counter had absolutely no clue what size of chicken they serve? I will definitely try Red Rooster again but not from this branch.

Wish I could give this terrible establishment a 0 rating. I received a burger which had a bread clip in it, and they denied it! What an absolute joke, never again.

Smoke smoke smoke. This red rooster is ALWAYS full of smoke from the kitchen. So thick you can clearly see it. How hard is it to install a few extractor fans?! I used to go here regularly but now go to the KFC across the road, where the air is breathable.

Can't win. Before my recent bad KFC experience I went to this Red Rooster store in Kelvins Grove which I am indirectly blaming either B105 or Nova for due to the ad advertising the Hawaiian pack or bacon chicken burger challenge. Sounded tasty so found out where the nearest Red Rooster was and ended up with a burger that had been microwaved so much that the bread looked like a gigantic dried shrivelled up prune! Will never ever return.
