Never answers the phone. Please add a pay in store option to order online. I like noodlebox but it's really annoying when i can't order it because no one answers the phone. Last time i rang, i thought someone answered but they just took the phone off the hook.

I ordered fried Thai vegetarian rice. Oh gross.. it is like soupy rice no flavour at lot.. just waisted my money. I realise most of the reviewers have received a reply about their team will contact you soon. It’s been over a month now no one contacted me.. it is really disappointed that just to show you are solving inquiries but in actual you don’t.

The honey soy chicken noodle were absolutely delicious. I one hundred percent recommend this place. I went to the one at cannon hill and it was quick and friendly service. Lots of different noodles and fried rices too, choices for everyone!!!

They cancelled my order 5 mins before it was due to be delivered, after a 45 min wait, without any explanation. I tried phoning the restaurant for clarification, but they wouldn't answer the phone. The charge already went through on my credit card, so there was no issue with payment. So disappointed with their customer service.

This place was great months ago. They must have changed ingredients or the cook because the sauce now tastes plasticy and oily. I'm giving up on this Noodle Box. I'm not paying over 16$ for disappointing noodles and only two peices of brockley again.

Wow I used to come to this place every week and it was one of my favorite safe place for lunch. However, maybe due to change of ownership or managers, quality began to diminish and stir fries weren't any good anymore. The amount of ingredients and the cooking technique was missing the final "oomph" that made the dish strong.

Has gone down hill! A couple of years ago the food at Noodle Box was good. We tried it again recently and it was bland, especially the new master chef inspired dish - it had barely any flavour at all. Very disappointing. I would only return if there were no other options.

Bad attitude. We had take away from Noodle Box twice. The first time was fantastic. The food was great with just the right amount of spice in the medium for us. BUT, the second time our little cardboard boxes were placed in a paper bag. My husband put them into a thermal bag to keep them hot during the trip home. However, one of the boxes was faulty and broke. The meal went straight through the paper bag as soon as it was lifted out the thermal bag and ended up all over our dining chair and floor. We rang the restaurant to complain and the person on the other end was very rude to my husband and indicated that there was no problem and that it wasn't their fault. We shared the remaining meal which was bland in comparison to the first time we went. We won't be returning!
