We were denied the pizzas we wanted as they didn't have any premade sitting there
The pizzas must have been sitting in a display case for hours, they were rock solid and congealed
After about 20 minutes for them to reheat our slices, we received something you'd expect from a primary school canteen lunch order.
Only positive about this meal was the fries, which doesnt say much for a pizza restraunt. Not sure about all these reviews which swear by this place.

Good staff. I couldn't reason the prices in terms of food quality or time of serving. You cannot eat in If you have kids. Overall, service and food is within the average and it could be better. I recommend this place for a quick bite đź‘Ś.

Avoid at all cost. Don't make the same mistake i've made. Ordered via Uber eats and went from the Uber Eats score rather than doing my own research. Lesson learned.
Called them and advised the quality of the pizza was lower than a Woolies frozen pizza. Proposed to make a new pizza but needed to pick up, so very risky to take a cab and get more disappointed.

They gave our driver the wrong order (my name was on the bag but with a completely different order inside). It took an hour to make it (our driver was waiting a good half hour for it to be ready), The phone call trying to get the correct order took ages and ended with “we can re-make it and you can come pick it up if you want”. Good thing we didn’t want anything in the random order we got because it was ice cold when it arrived anyway.

Unprofessional staff, did not even cut the pizza into slices. Ordered garlic bread as well which was over baked and looked totally black.
Such a waste of money.

Most disgusting pizza ever tasted. The seafood pizza tasted like cleaning product, thought maybe just me, others tried, different pieces, all same. We realised this is not healthy, stopped eating & raised complaint with ubereats. The other 2 pizzas, tasting of food and not cleaner, so not dangerous but worst pizzas have had. New Yorker pizzas?? Er no. Pizzas, even?? Er no. Absolutely disgusted ((& also concerned of physical health now)

The pizza dough is not tasty and it's very far away from the new York pizza style.
I chose the regular size which was not a regular size but small size.
The fries were good and crunchy.

WARNING! This place serves cardboard for a crust, and pizza overpowered by cheap base sauce. I don't mind paying for quality but this place doesn't deliver on what they charge. It's been years since I've had a new Yorker pizza and the quality & flavour has turned to cheap crap, especially at this place in Southbank. Save your money, go to dominoes they make way better pizza than here. You'll be met by sad looking staff/owners. I shouldn't kept walking when I saw their (staffs) sad faces but i was craving for pizza. Never again!

Was a bit disappointed. Though pizza portions were fairly large it is a bit overpriced for what you get. Ordered half garlic prawn, which tasted ok, and half pepperoni, which tasted extremely strange - not sure if the pepperoni had gone off or they just serve a really strange flavour. The pizza is extremely greasy, and after I ate it I felt instantly very sick and I’m suspecting it was because of so much grease or the dodgy pepperoni.
