Superb efficient service, and everything was available! Great friendly staff. Considering it was late, all breadsticks were offered and no salad or fillings had run out. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! pretty much the same as every subway on the universe - make good sandwichs with fresh ingredients so its always a good option and healthier than most fast food! Subway staff have always tried to cater for my choice of ingredients with a pleasant smile. I have never been disappointed with the fresh rolls and filling.

Worst subway iv ever been to, I live around the corner everytime I go there something is wrong, made a whole sub then they say can only take cash, well looks like you made it in vein, went there made a drink and the machine was out of syrup, went there another 2 times and the toaster wasn't working either time, every time I have been somethings dodgy, plus it's never open when advertised.

Not much I can say, it's a Subway. It can get very busy if there is a convention on at the Exhibition Centre across the road, so be prepared for very long queues. Unfortunately, I feel like they don't have enough staff on the roster at all other times. When there is no convention on, I've never seen more than 1 person behind the counter which also leads to queues. The store is quite small so seating is fairly limited.

Why keep up opening times if they are wrong. Front of store says 7am but walked in at 8:30 and was told they weren't open yet. I bet they close earlier than the posted 4pm as well. Not every customer is going to have a phone and I'm sure students in the area want something other than a $9 croissant from the neighbouring cafes in the morning.

The best subway in Brisbane, by far. Friendly and efficient staff.
They are always busy during lunchtime but the staff always manage to work efficiently and offer quick service.
The most generous serving sizes in comparison to any subway I've been to in Australia. Sub fillings are always perfectly spread out, subs cut in half and nearly packed.
Definitely worth the walk from work. Everyone at work prefer coming to this subway for lunch over going to the one next door on Boundary Street, West End.

Went there lunchtime on Saturday. Place was busy with customers. Poor bloke behind the counter was by himself, taking orders, making up the orders & working the till. He did well getting thruball the orders in quick time. Very efficient worker. Meals were well made and delicious. Shop was clean. Plenty of seating available to cater for the busy period & all the hungry people that come across the road from the Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The air con hasn’t been working for weeks, their drinks machine is always broken and they have such careless staff. I only get one lunch a day, take some care and at least assemble the damn sandwich properly - it’s legit your one job! Also, don’t get rude when I ask you to spread my chicken instead of plonking it all in one spot. Terrible. Would not recommend.
