EDIT**
Just eaten at Sumo for lunch. First time since we were last at the QLD Children's Hospital. Service very average, cashier uninterested. Both of our salads were so-so. If you are thinking of Katsu Chicken or the Falafel and Hummus ($13 each), both made to order; do yourself a favour and just get one of the pre-made salads on display.
PREVIOUS, ORIGINAL REVIEW
Second time I've had a Sumo Salad here at the hospital. Both times they've been beautiful. Japanese Salmon Miso Salad is a winner. Quick service and reasonably priced. Healthiest option available at the hospital. Yum

This 1 star is solely due to the absolute dismal, poor behaviour of the manager, Pauline. Her rudeness and lacking of basic customer service ruined my overall experience... and I am usually a huge fan of Sumo Salad, until now.

They have the best salads. Must try it if you love salads. Healthy and yummy.

Very bad service. Got a regular salad with half and half. They have only a tiny bit of chicken salad and more than 3/4 is potatoe salad. Worst service. Didn't even accept their mistake when I went complain.
Amanda Pearce
The best place for a meal within the hospital. Salads and wraps made to order. Quick friendly service.

Worst sumo salad I have been too. Bad service, food not preped anything like the other stores I've been too.
Alison Temple
Friendly staff and fast service. Great quality multiple salads.

It's ok, it's not great. Service is decent speed.
