The pizza's where nice and hot no complaints there, wish they still made desert pizza's but thats a company issue no a store one. Delivery driver was about 20 minutes late & in thongs, didn't have change for a 50 when I clicked in during the order. Might as well have walked to supermarket bought a frozen pizze and put it in the oven as it would have been far cheaper and quicker.

Terrible service. They didn't even deliver the pizzas and when we called the next day for a refund they said we would get a refund in 2 hours. Still have not got our refund yet. And it's been 5 days. The staff we talk to usually don't know what they are doing at all and never call us back when they say.
Update: they refunded the wrong amount (not enough refunded to cover the full order)

I have been a long time customer of this shop so i feel like i can rate it fairly.
While most times i have been there the service has been good and the food also. On the odd occasion they would get something wrong or not follow through with your full order.
Last night I called them and told them I had an eagle boys voucher and straight away I was met with "where is it from, Where is it from?"
" Eagle boys" I replied
" what does it say? what shop?
I felt like I was in the wrong for letting him know I had a voucher.
I went on to explain it was an eagle boys voucher for another shop front and how the sign says "we match competitors offers!" He wouldn't even match a voucher let alone his own chain and the way he spoke was rude and abrupt ending with "NO NO no no NO!"
I hung up the phone and went to the valley shop and had a nice experience.
I don't feel like I will return to this shop and I definitely wont be recommending them.

It was a great shop, i always order pizza from there. However, things changed a couple weeks ago, I think it has changed the owner. The Texas mix can't even see meat on it. Such a disappointment.

Spent 20 mins on hold with the most annoying and overly repetitive ring/notification. I offered "customer feedback" stating this and was going to suggest: less repetitive, perhaps some music, and I got hung up on! Way to piss off a customer... :(

Nothing wrong with this place as far as I've discovered. Pizza was good. Lots of choice.
