Awesome food!!! The ambience is really nice, with Bollywood songs playing in the backdrop. A perfect place if you want to add spice to your life. The vibe is great, with great services from the girl who helped us. Perfect for large gatherings.

Great place for Indian cuisine and specifically street food. Enjoy one of the best chole bhature along with lots of other Delhi and Mumbai style chaats. Good for a quick bite and also a fulfilling meal for a whole family.

I had a mixed experience. We visited on a Saturday evening. There were 2 tables occupied including mine. I was asked to place my order at the counter but the couple at other table was able to place thier order with a staff member at thier table instead of going to the counter. The food was tasty but the serving size didn't match the price. The presentation of dishes can be improved. Amongst the limited Indian Street Food outlets available in North Brisbane, this isn't a bad option. Good for getting some tasty food but can't be a place to take someone on a dinner date or anniversary. Staff can surely improve thier professionalism and the serving sizes can be reviewed.

Very few Indian restaurants try and do something different from butter chicken/tikka masala and vindaloo(same menu). Anyone that decides to have Indian cuisne know what they want without looking at the menu because the menu is 95% same at all the restaurants. Well, these guys have tried to do something different on their menu and I really appreciate that. Would not say it was mind blowing and I would go back for it, but its a start. Keep working on it guys. The person that served us at the table was awesome. He did suggest us a few things and was quite friendly. Could work on their interior and cleanliness. Please shut that storage room of yours. I dont think anyone wants to see the onions, potatoes and other ingredients lying in your store room on their way to the washroom. Sorry dont have any photos taken. We were really hungry that day.

If you are craving for authentic Amritsari kulchas, this is the place. Overall the place is very good, a little on the expensive side for the portion of meal but there is no compromise with the taste which makes it worth while!! Will come again!

Went for lunch with family on a Sunday afternoon. Great tasting food. Veg Cigar roll, Goat curry, Romali Roti were well cooked and tasted perfect. Quick, friendly service. Highly recommended Indian food joint.

We ordered three four dishes and it came out quite quickly given the rush at the time. Food as everyone has mention is super delicious and authentic. Each dish came one after one so we could enjoy each dish as a group and the staff was extremely good even with dealing with our specific dietary requirements. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone with taste buds and the ability to appreciate good food.

We had noticed this restaurant months ago & were excited to be trying one Saturday night. We love Indian street food, but this was a bit of a let down really. Although the food was not at all bad it failed to deliver the street food experience we were looking so forward to. Our curries looked & tasted almost identical, no chunky vegetables in the spinach puree as I was expecting. My partner had a meat curry & sauce tasted the same as mine. Starter was served in a soft bun, another surprise which I have never had in India. The filling of potatoes in the bun was tasty though

Gave this location a try as I knew they would be doing it tough with the KSD works right at their front door and I’m so glad I did
Ambiance aside , the owners and staff here are welcoming and extremely eager to please , on the downside the decor is a bit humdrum and you have to get up and place your order at the reception counter ???? And water was served at room temperature in paper cups
On the upside the food was spectacular , I had the roghan josh and my partner the butter chicken and we shared the rice and roti ( huge portion)
The food was fresh and very tasty and you could feel it was made with love
Will def be back and eager to try some more traditional dishes on the menu

As always, straight to the point sections below:

1. Location: Suffers badly due to roadworks. No signage means you will be left struggling a bit for parking.

2. Price: Average priced. Some items might feel a bit on the high, but the quantity served covers it up.3. Portions: Large portions. For a change i ended up in a restaurant where a snack dish was enough to fill me up. And as you can guess, I like my food...both taste and quantity :)

4. Service: You will be greeted by sweet staff but number of staff are less than average. That means you might feel sometimes that you are not being attended to. But staff covers it up when they interact with you.

5. Ambience: Its a good place to host parties. Definitely, good for indian style snack place. However, the furniture gives a feeling of 'catering' than of a 'restaurant'. Maybe that's the business model but something for the owners to think about.6. Finally Taste: Absolutely great! Fresh ingredients, good presentation, served at right temperature and good portion size leaves a good taste in your mouth...literally. One area of improvement is the "sweet" element to certain dishes. Maybe reducing it a bit can enhance flavors. Definitely worth a try!
