When I ordered online, I forgot to write my English name and the system used my Chinese name automatically. However, I found someone in this KFC learned to write down my Chinese name although there were some mistakes. Adorable. Thank you for your patience and I will remember to order in English next time.

Go buckets are routinely half filled. This appears to be the company policy. Portion sizes should match the advertisement photos, according to Australian consumer law. The attached photo was taken after they topped it up, and it is still over a quarter empty.

I just ordered through app, delivery. Order number 5787. 8 original pieces (cheap as chips deal) I received 5 original and 3 hot & spicy (No one in this house eats this) When I tried to call store I was hung up 3 times by a man named Olly/Ally was hard to hear and as soon as I said my name he kept hanging up then phone line stopped ringing. I am absolutely appalled the least he could’ve done was refund me or even cancel the order. Not ignore my complaint about there mistake. Worst customer service. NO HELP WHATSOEVER!

STAY AWAY... Honestly, I am blown away at how a big food chain like this can get something so simple so wrong. After waiting 20 minutes in drive thru I ordered a zinger stacker box. Arrived home to find that my meal had NO BURGER? After waiting 20 mins in a drive through I wasn't particularly keen at driving back out for another 30 mins to argue with someone around how they forgot to put the largest component of a burger order in the box. Honestly just blown away, I mean how hard is it to check the box/ order before you send it out. Told a couple of mates and have since found out this KFC is notoriously Brisbane's worst. Won't ever go back, not that I matter but the same will happen to others. I've since been told the same has happened regularly to others and that Morningside and Annerley KFC are the best to go too. So thanks for totally ruining my Friday night KFC, I know you don't care but I now feel a lot better that I have shared this with others....

Best KFC in Brisbane, you can tell by the never ending line of people queueing for their meals. The staff members are efficient and friendly. The batter is crispy, chicken is tender, and not overly oily.

Have Been here Multiple Times. The Quickest, cleanest Location I have ever been to. Staff have always been kind and courteous. Perfect in my own opinion.

Poor chicken fillet size was small and burger bun hot and soggy must have did some time in microwave. Mashed potato and gravy perfect and drink was ice cold.
