Unfortunately this KFC does not demonstrate any form of customer service nor do staff seem interested to assist with ensuring that customer service and good food hygiene is important. This is demonstrated by the unclean waiting area, tables and counter top and the inability to staff to even greet you while standing waiting for over 5 minutes.

Went to this place for a feed of the yummy special herbs and spuces coated chicken and chips with the dusting of special salt. Sadly the chips for soggy and my order was not correct. No napkins or the traditional old hand wipes to be found in the packet and no spoon for the gravy. Sadly most KFC stores now days have soggy chips, missing napkins and spoons when needed. I know this is minor stuff, however it is how it used to be when I grew up and its the little things that make the difference. Staff were great and the store was mostly clean, I just suggest to them to get back to their traditional roots of clean stores and the napkins and spoons and then bring back the old crunchy chips.

I have purchased twisters two times in tha last 2 weeks at this store and somebody should retrain staff on how to make twisters and what the standard is. Worst twisters I have tried. Eat frequently at different stores around brisbane and generally all fairly the same quality except this store. This store needs to pick it up. Cheers

These guys never have chicken! Been 6 times in 3 weeks (shameful, I know) but not been through once without getting the ‘Hi just before you order I want to let you know we don’t have any wicked wings, no zinger fillets, and no original recipe’. Not worth going to, particularly not after 7pm bc they just stop cooking chicken apparently? Not sure who does their forecasting each day but couldn’t have passed highschool maths I wouldn’t have thought. Not sure what’s worse, that or never getting your order right. Mayo when you ask for no Mayo? Can rely on Morningside to deliver that every time.

Edit- recently went back ordered the hot and spicy zinger box and asked for the gravy to be swapped with the chips, lady said that was all good, but got home and not only did that not happen didn’t even get the popcorn chicken. Which as most of us know if the best part, bloody brutal. Look honestly both of these events happened when we ordered in person just stick to the online and it’s normally fine.

As far as fast food restaurants run by children go, this is a good one. Friendly staff, fast service and nice out door dining option. I like!

Unbelievable how most of the KFC I have been take SO long. Is anyone checking the reviews? That’s when other chains should take over. What a pity. Horrendous experience. Doesn’t even worth a star.

It can be hard to find teenagers with good customer service. But that's what I've found at this KFC. On top of that the food has always been prepared rapidly and to an acceptable standard and the venue is clean.
As far as a fast food take away goes, this is pretty good :)

Terrible customer service. <br/><br/>Firstly, they forgot to pack my coleslaw and potato gravy in my feast. <br/>I was so annoyed when I got home, to find it was missing 😠 <br/>(I don’t always eat kfc but when I do, I expect my damn coleslaw and gravy) <br/><br/>Called them up and was informed that I would get free gravy and coleslaw on next visit. ( how is it FREE, when I’ve already paid for it 🤔) <br/><br/>Complained some more and supervisor offered 2 free pieces of chicken😂 I took it 😒<br/><br/>They took down the email and she advised me that a mail will be sent. <br/><br/>A week later I went to the store and the manager there informed me that no record of the incident was available. Apparently, there is a process they follow and only a voucher via post mail can be sent. 🤬🤬🤬<br/><br/>Deceptive little 💩<br/><br/>⚠️:EDIT:⚠️<br/><br/>I rang up again to follow this through, because obviously I couldn’t just let them get away with it. Especially after reading that they’ve done the same to other previously. (I’m assuming it was the same lady/afternoon shift supervisor) <br/><br/>This time, I dealt with the store manager. The store manager “Blade” was a pleasure to deal with. <br/>He understood my frustrations and resolved it right away by giving me a free 3 piece feed meal deal. <br/><br/>Thanks BLADE ( and that name is wicked 🙌)
Meatballs And Beef Cheeks
Was in need of some comfort food, so swung into KFC Morningside on the premise that I was picking up some chicken nuggets for Mini Meatball and the babysitter.<br/><br/>Ordered 18 Chicken Nuggets ($10.30) and an Original Recipe Breast ($3).<br/><br/>The nuggets could have fried for another minute - they were cooked through, but the breading was a bit too soft. There were also a couple half size, deformed nuggets in the box - wish I had taken pictures of them. Flavor was good, but what would usually be 3.5+ rated a 3 on this occasion.<br/><br/>The Original Recipe Chicken Breast was delicious - no issues. This rated 3.5-4.<br/><br/>The half-size nuggets left me in a bit of a poor mood, so I knocked the overall rating down to 3. I wouldn't have minded if they had tossed in a few extra half size ones, but I counted and there were only 18 including the runts.

Was served by Oscar. He was extremely rudeand basically threw the drink in my car window, then to top it off the food wasn't fresh. Will never return here again.

KFC morningside always forgets items (especially sauce) or messes up the orders. Calling the store gets you nowhere and I have been promised compensation for missing items in the past and never got the email supposedly with vouchers.<br/><br/>This time nuggets and chips were undercooked and inedible to me being pregnant - too much of a health risk to eat. <br/><br/>Not good enough for an international food chain to get basic food and service processes wrong continually.

It's KFC so short and sweet. Terrible! <br/>We rarely eat fast food but I've worked away a couple of times and quickly grabbed KFC on the way home from the airport as it's only 2 mins from our house and both times it's been terrible, the chicken barely has any meat on it.
