There are things to like about The Coffee Club (TCC). As they are a franchise they’re in most shopping centres and once you’re part of their VIP club, after paying for about 5 medium coffees, you get a free one with your hot drink.

When they are busy esp on Saturday mid morning the quality of coffee drops. I have ordered 2 caps and what I got was 2 flat whites with chocolate sprinkles on top.. very disappointed. Avoid during busy times.
Nice staff, great coffee, but cannot order using the app. Tried to make online order but ended up have to order from the counter
Very helpful staff and coffee was great. One of the coffees was spilt due to an uneven table, and the staff quickly responded to clean it up and provided assistance to us with mopping/ drying up the coffee on our clothes and handbags. Great service and a replacement coffee appeared in no time at a
Particularly friendly service and shop was spotless thanks to awareness of staff. Well done Coffee Club.
Enjoyed our lunch with our daughter & grand children - good food of toastie & chips plus juice & coffees (just a little strong in taste)
Coffee was pretty good and even better ot was 2 for price of 1 as my wife has the discount card 😁
