I was greeted by lovely staff and although they were a bit busy it was still handled well. Food and drinks all came out when expected and were quite good. Thick shakes were amazing.
Love this cafe! I was really disappointed a few years ago as a customer with the service from staff but tried again and can honestly say the service has really improved. The cakes are absolutely delicious and they offer such a big selection of gluten free products that I actually have a lot to choose from, and if you're gluten intolerant then you know thats pretty big. The girls that served me were really lovely and the service was really fast. Definitely going to return soon!
Last week came and couldn't give any positive feedback - overpriced, order incorrect and waitress staff not friendly when advised of incorrect order. Today finishing a gift card and other than a different waitress not being friendly everything was beautiful, what a turn around. Coffee perfect, all children enjoyed their cakes. It is during school holidays and last week was busier. Everyone was very happy, thanks for a new and great experience. Staff at register have always been pleasant and patient while we decided on items. Colouring for children what an excellent distraction. If I was only voting on second would be 4.5/5 😊

Nice staff, great coffee, but cannot order using the app. Tried to make online order but ended up have to order from the counter
Very helpful staff and coffee was great. One of the coffees was spilt due to an uneven table, and the staff quickly responded to clean it up and provided assistance to us with mopping/ drying up the coffee on our clothes and handbags. Great service and a replacement coffee appeared in no time at all.
Particularly friendly service and shop was spotless thanks to awareness of staff. Well done Coffee Club.
Enjoyed our lunch with our daughter & grand children - good food of toastie & chips plus juice & coffees (just a little strong in taste)
Coffee was pretty good and even better ot was 2 for price of 1 as my wife has the discount card 😁
