Great food, food comes out quickly once you’ve ordered, pretty good customer service, just make sure to bring a jumper because it’s super cold 😄
The food was really good. It is child friendly also. Booth seats are available but harder to get. Can get very busy. Service was also good. Overall are pretty good sushi train! We will go back.
Best sushi we've ever had. Service is fantastic. Very affordable and a fantastic range of foods (other than sushi). They need an authentic katsu don (their chicken katsu doesn't compare to an authentic katsu don) and a Japanese curry. Gets really busy so we always time our visits we'll. we park underneath so it's easier to get in and out of. Very affordable and the people are so lovely.
While this has the normal tasty sushi favourites and the staff are friendly, the store is quite small and usually understaffed resulting in slow service. Unfortunately they also tend to run out of sashimi early in the day.
It's great if you are wanting to get takeaway sushi, however if you wish to dine in please be patient with the busy staff!
The sushi was fresh, the hot food was hot and they have a quick turn-over when they are packed. The staff are really lovely too. Overall a pleasant sushi experience.
Eat Out Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner Everyday
+4.5
So those of you that have read my other posts, know that I eat out everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner well I eat at the Clayfield sushi train about 2-3 times per week although I do eat at the other sushi trains also but this particular store definitely has the best menu. Really worth a try besides they recently even lowered their prices. Tip: try the aburi wagyu cheese roll or the aburi salmon salad roll.
Good quality sushi, reasonably priced. I was curious about sushi train because it is in an unlikely location but every time I drive past it is remarkably busy. My lady friend (Australian) and I decided to give it a try and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Good food, good service and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.
Delicious. I went here about 30 mins before close (less people) but easily found a seat, food was fresh and tasty. I had tempura prawns and some sushi n rice dish. Loved it. Good price, good layout. I bit small inside but has outdoor seating. Pick your time. Staff were very friendly. Looks like there are a few whingers on here but give it a thumbs up for good cheap food. $8 total for my two plates.
Quality sushi and more. A really nice new addition to the Sushi Train family. Affordable prices, simple, neat decor, friendly staff and above all absolutely delicious sushi and other Japanese foods.
This sushi train is clearly run by passionate people. They use high quality, fresh and rare ingredients for a very reasonable price. I come here every fortnight or so and it’s always a great experience. Shame on the people putting freshly made sushi back on the train >:-(
Have Sushi from here at least once a week. Either at the train or a take away order. Take away guarantees it is super fresh and delicious, but I have always been happy with the train too. Have never been disappointed. Love the Chicken and Avocado Ngiri. Don't really feel compelled to have sushi anywhere else after having this place!
Made my sushi fresh to order, absolutely nailed it, best tasting sushi I've had yet. Would recommend 👌
Nice little place...clean, hard-working staff in the totally-visible centre-kitchen.
Seems like a well-run business...I went with your straightforward tuna/avocado sort of rolls, and it was all good.
Best parking is underneath; turn off Sandgate Rd. at the traffic lights & intersection, then it's a quick left into their lot (shops also have a good bottle shop, a boxing-fitness place and a few salons.
